what was the process duration. How long it took for the employer to release the COS... or in other words, once you have been given the offer letter how did take for you to get the COS letter...

Maintenance funds are ticked yes in the COS. Otherwise funds needs to be shown.

Hey mate, could you confirm if we get extension to work visa or sponsorship from non tier 1 companies for more than 5 years, could we still get ILR regardless whether the company falls in Tier 1 or not? For an example: I dont see Barclays in the list of UK government for ILR but they do offer sponsorship if I get selected, So if I keep working with Barclays for 5 or more years in UK, would I be eligible to get ILR?
Uk Gov guidelines says.. company has to be in the Tier 2 A rated list so not sure about that.. just follow uk gov guidelines

Now I travel to UK , join my company where I am employed and decide to bring my wife and kid after 1.5 years. Is there any restriction for entry to my wife and kid, in such case ?
