I believe he didn't realise the severity of the situation, but you can't say he didn't see people passing out, didn't hear the crowd chanting to stop the show, didn't see the ambulance and emt in the crowds. Like if the concert went well and it was good, travis scott would happily take the credit for it. But he needs to take the responsibility of this situation aswell.. Also the Houston officials visited travis scotts trailer and shared their concerns on the crowd BEFOREHAND. And yet, he didn't care enough. You could also hear travis scott say verbatim in a clip "who told me to stop, y'all know what you came here to do"... if this isn't enough evidence to show how much at fault he is idk what will 💀 ofc it's not just his fault 100% it's also the organisers of the event aswell!
