Look out, Gotham, the clown queen of crime, is here! Premiering in 2019, “Harley Quinn'' follows the titular character trying to make a name for herself after splitting from her boyfriend, the Joker. The show is different from other DC cartoons in that it is extremely violent and vulgar. This is definitely no Saturday morning cartoon! The show also has a huge cast of characters, ranging from the members of the Justice League to the most obscure of supervillains. But in this world of heroes and villains, which ones deserve the key to the city, which ones belong in Arkham, and which ones fall somewhere in the middle?

This didn’t aged well in season 3:
- Harley is slowly, but redeeming herself
- Joker became a loving husband, caring stepdad, and mayor of Gotham
- Batman decided to start a zombie apocalypse, only because he wants to see his parents alive again
agree season 3 really flips this list on its head
Harley and Ivy are together,. Unless that happened already
Not to mention Ivy flipped the script, going further into villainy while Harley developed more heroic tendencies.
And also Harley Quinn and poison ivy become a couple!
Then things change again in season 4
I swear Kite Man got done really dirty, They really did give his character a lot of development and Charm, so seeing him sad made me sad, Considering his Terrible parents and the fact that he had to see his Girlfriend cheat on him, even though she is a villain, still was kinda sad, I mean I knew Harley and Ivy were gonna get together, but how do you make Ivy and Kite Man a great ship, like damn I am actually kinda conflicted

And his son was killed by the riddler. I feel like they should’ve done an arc where riddler was about to tell Harley and the team important info but then kite man sees him and flys into a rage and kills him
I don't even know what makes Kite-Man a villain. He has the potential to be a Superhero.
It’s 2-3 years later and he and his new partner Golden Glider are getting a spin off where they run the Noonan’s Bar. Maybe he might get some hero potential there since recent season Harley seems to be becoming an anti hero?
My Dad used to play a game called kite fighting as a kid, two people would tie a razor blade to the tail of their kite and try to shred or cut the string of the other’s kite so maybe he ruined a bunch of kids kites at some point ?

I've never actually watched the show. But I still liked because it literally mentions the Justice League. Batman may not be as good as Superman, or Wonder Woman in terms morality, and the choices he makes. But he still deeply cares about the ones close to him, and will save the day in the end.❤💙🖤💛
and he is basically the smartest character when it comes to fighting and tactical stuff

My favorite, DC villain is honestly Harley Quinn she has such, a fun, and kickass personality.
Harley is cool. I do like Ivy though. Her goal is reasonable and she has good intentions, because who doesn’t want cleaner air etc, but her motives are extreme. I like the idea of villains like her who have good intentions but don’t know how to act on it so they do crime for it, kinda like how Team Aqua from Pokémon are on my favorite villains list with Ivy/Pamela herself.

I'd say Psycho, Cy Borgman, Kite-Man, and Queen of Fables are all pretty obscure. Though not in the video, the show also used Trap-Man... Trapmaster...? Whatever his name was.

Really what Harley Quinn proves is that Batman is a terrible person who keeps the cycle of violence going because if Bruce Wayne really was interested in cleaning up Gotham, replacing Arkham Asylum, having a death penalty to finally get rid of the Joker, etc. Than Batman has no point to exist anymore so he keeps Gotham rotten to justify dressing up as a bat and beating up people to soothe his broken brain.
