I must say not because i grew up with this dude and im a lifetime Miamian but this has to be one of the best Breakfast Club interviews i have seen in a very long time. We 305 see it for what it is and get straight to the point because we were raised to be real. Real estate, Cars, Money and Investment's always has and always will be a major issue in South Florida. I can't even begin to count how many people I saw with a bag and end up with absolutely nothing. Financial literacy should not only be taught from elementary school in our community but continuously until God calls us home. AWESOME AWESOME INTERVIEW 💯💯
