#AWS - Věda a technologie
you explained how to set up amazon connect, but you should also explain how an agent will be calling, under the interface of the agent.
Link mentioned upfront for instance setup is no longer available (set to private)
Thanks Mike. Any Tech Talks out there for AWS Connect with Lex? Keen to learn more.
Nice demo. Thanks.
Awesome 👍
Does it helpful for outbound call
where is the prev video ?
Do we have Amazon connect SWOT analysis?
Is there a way to set calls coming in to go to one group of agents first before trying a second group?
u can use queues
Hi there. I am wondering if Rest API can handle all objects types that are created here?
Or the aws cli at least. I don't see a direct correspondence upon looking at the cli documentation.
It's great but not intuitive like Cisco or Genesys. You have to be a developer to get more features that's not included out of the box. Transfer within or to other teams/queues/agents is ridiculous using quick connect.
Hey @PeterValdes. CCIE in Collab, so I know the Cisco contact center product pretty well. Can you elaborate a little on what you were trying to do with the transfer function and why it was so hard? Thanks,
Is there an update to this demo? 2023??
Great question, Steve. I've forwarded your request on, internally, for review. 📨 In the meantime, here is our published guide: go.aws/43YmG7G. 📖 ^RS
