    you explained how to set up amazon connect, but you should also explain how an agent will be calling, under the interface of the agent.

      Or the aws cli at least. I don't see a direct correspondence upon looking at the cli documentation.

    It's great but not intuitive like Cisco or Genesys. You have to be a developer to get more features that's not included out of the box. Transfer within or to other teams/queues/agents is ridiculous using quick connect.

      Hey @PeterValdes. CCIE in Collab, so I know the Cisco contact center product pretty well. Can you elaborate a little on what you were trying to do with the transfer function and why it was so hard? Thanks,
