I started watching you last year when I was 346 lbs. I am now 198lbs.
You sir have changed my whole life without even realizing it. I am now healthier, for me, my kids, all the things i want to/can now do. You can basically say that you saved me.
I have never really commented on your videos, but this morning I broke down in tears(of joy) after all that realization kicked in. How far Ive come, how hard it was but also how proud I have felt. I had to at least say Thank you Will 💜 I felt like you needed to know the impact you have on my life.

I love the balance of Will's lifestyle. Whether or not he still is on a cut, he enjoys food and life.
If that doesn't show moderation and balance, then i quite honestly don't know
well, i´d say it depends. to me balanced, means eating what i crave while still incluing some sort of nutritious food in my meals. stuffing my face with junkfood in one sitting or in one day, following some sort of rule like "i can only eat all junk food today so i might aswell stuff myself mukbang style", isnt really balanced to me. i´m not saying that´s what he does, but many fitness youtuber does that, and it´s not healthy to me at all.
@@katrin6388 Agreed. And eating healthy is not a one way street. It all boils down to preference and the individual.
@@katrin6388 True, I eat unhealthy foods probably on the daily but in much smaller quantities, such that they fit into my caloric restriction and macros. Probably 10% of the food i eat in a day is nutritionally meaningless or has high sugar, fats, or something like that. It makes me feel like I will never binge and I don't really get cravings other than that one desert or treat I know is coming.
That being said, different folks, different strokes. If you decide to go crazy one day in trashy food but eat super well all the other days, it's gonna have a very similar end result. Meal timing is not very important when it comes to the dietary hierarchy of importance. I wouldn't go so far to say what he's doing or that this behavior is unhealthy, because clearly, his body is healthy and doing well. That would be like saying those who intermittent fast aren't as healthy when it probably doesn't matter in the grand scheme very much. What matters is what you do on a week to week and monthly basis, not day to day.
yeah for sure! all though, spiking blood sugar so much in one day is probably not the best. especially if cheat days happen a few times a year
@@kristin_cool6537 Spiking blood sugar will increase activity and perhaps neat.
Cheat days a few times during a year won't be affected by the blood sugar spikes.
My opinion is that if you need cheat days then your diet is not sustainable.
A lifelong sustainable diet allows you to eat foods you love in moderation.

Speaking of "Cheat Sunday," I like to call it "Treat Sunday." I've eaten clean all week. I save my Sunday's for my apple fritter (either 1 or 2, depending on my mood), and a cinnamon roll.
