- We get started on our second cutting of hay with just a few acres right around the house. We are able to get it baled ahead of the rain from Hurricane Beryl. Given how popular the bikini action was in the last video, we make time to squeeze in just a little more as we continue our landscaping project. Thanks for watching, eat beef, and God bless!

@@denisedenomme361 we’ve planted some oaks just outside of the yard, but they need a few years before we’ll have good shade. Don’t want them so close we catch all the leaves, but we definitely want the shade.

My boy bought me a Milwaukee impact and grease gun. I like the battery powered grease gun. I didn’t think I would. You should try one. It makes it faster. I grease a lot. It was a great fathers day

My daughter in Houston has no electricity. She was able to take some stuff from frig & freezer to someone else’s place. She stayed home yesterday from rain/wind/flooding. Hope you guys don’t get any storms today and no flooding.
Just a bunch of rain and a little wind (no damaging storms). 2+ inches of rain so far. I hope your daughter gets back to life as normal quickly!

Thanks for the prayers. On a working farm with livestock, there’s not a single day that we don’t “work”. Do we have to bale hay on Sundays? No, I guess not absolutely. I’m a bit of a weekend warrior, though, with my primary job being off farm. In that situation, we have 3 days a week to get farm work, like being in the hayfield, done, & that includes Sundays. We take time to honor the Lord everyday, and we rest when we are able. Working on Sundays, if you do consider that a sin, I can assure you is maybe the least of the sins I commit each week. God bless!
Thats right. Just remember if you have a medical emergency on Sunday, just hold on and they will get to you Monday.
