I watch Clint from C & C Equipment work on these dozers all the time. They split the track, pull the front idler out with the plunger, and rebuild the seals.
a lot of people do not realize how much cost there is associate with producing crops, i have been in Georgia when cotton is harvest but never been around cotton
James is a pretty good operator with that old dozer. Awfully nice to have a guy around you can trust to take care of and operate your equipment just like the owner does. Great job James!
looks like those bearings have locking collars and if so you need to lock them down before tightning the set screws. should be instructions in the box with new bearings. the co;;ars are eccentric and you turn them with a punch to lock the bearing tight to the shaft before tightening set screw.. I grew up on a small farm and spent many years in industrial maintenance and really enjoy your videos.
@@deangelojeremitriusvickers6319 Well, I figure they are smart enough to keep track by keeping records like most farmers I've known. For example, Larson Farms has a book that shows virtually everything they do on all their farms. I don't know them but Chet has shown it a couple of times on their channel.
some friends up at dyer , tn said their corn is going to be lucky to make 100 bushel , we up here in indiana was in drought then got rain on 4th and some since then so maybe we will be all right, sorry to hear about your stuff
Yep Bama has been very dry until the last two weeks. We have gotten more rain than Daniel has but the damage was already done on fields where we don’t have pivots
Good morning Granny, hope you have a great weekend. Glad you are getting some rain Daniel. Going to interesting to see how bad your corn has been hurt due to the drought. Keep your dad under control He's always going strong and hard. Hope T's team is going strong. Take care and stay cool !!!!
Hey Daniel great video! I run that same sprayer as you but in commercial industry, I did the exact same thing with my fence row nozzle, turned it sideways to shoot out towards woods or fences ect. Works great!
How do you like the RoGator? I’m surprised you don’t have a John Deere! I had a Wilmar Eagle 8500 and then got a Deere 4730. The Wilmar had hydro force hyd valves and I found them at a place in Charlotte NC and bought parts for 1/4 of the cost from Agco
Best farming channel on u tube..........
Tell your friends, thanks for watching 👍😁

I don’t know how you keep your spray programs straight. Your memory is something special. Good morning, Granny. Daniel is exceptionally smart.
Not to mention, the spray program is planned and written down. They have too many different locations to rely on anyone's memory.
