When I was a kid Oslers raspberry buns also came with real whipped cream and raspberry jam. Also Loved their Nusoy loaf and Thick n Thin sliced bread, and Barracuda loaf which I didn't know until I started college was named after a fish.
you would be ashamed of the communty now... inslaved by gangs and meth!! and so clearly out in the open.... poor policen!! if you cant depend on the local force what do you do!!!
Love this post love the reality truly and still be accepted for Who you are no what you are good one Team Work love Youth aide area.. Congrats keep up the good works Serg Whanga God Bless 🙌
Born and bred there (still have a brother there) and even tho I haven't lived there for over 40 years it is my home town forever. Great place to have grown up in surrounded by family.
@@bb21again.67 Oh I'm an oldie! 1977? Simpson family. At the moment trying to get news of my brother because of the flooding. I'm off work sick this week so am following the news all day (which is not a good thing). Anyway once Wairoa born and bred that is always where one's heart is. Beautiful township, you don't know what you've got til it's gone as they say.
Been there once early 80s. Travelled there by train to pick up a coach load of students and drive them back to Wellington. I stayed the night in the Maori pub next to the river, a very enjoyable evening. A brother soldier from our Army days in Malaysia early 60s, hailed from Wairoa, a nice guy, Ben Tumataroa. I often wonder if Ben is still around? Anyone know? Bob. LH.
what a sad video man... if anyone is from the east coast , you know , how dire the situation and community has become , falling victims to the meth trade and becoming a town inslaved by gangs..... that town needs fresh faces and non bi'est police , because its currently run under the (cuzzy bro system) how can you have a effective police force in a small community when the leading police officer's have family in the gangs in your communty!! i put this to you , that ultimatly they pick and choose who and how they deal with you depending on the cuzzy bro system.... it may not be in plain site... but if your from the east coast you know excatly what i mean.... the police here a weak!!! and alow the gangs to pray on our children/teens and theive in our community, this videos is embarresing!
I watch this channel to relax after reading the local and national news from my home in a large city in the U.S. The police over here are kinda dramatic, and the NZ Police social media gives me hope
I admire Police and see you as superheroes, but then seeing protestors getting arrested confuses me about what NZ Police stand for. Do you stand for justice or enforcing covid19 tyrannical orders? at the nuremberg trials when nazi soldiers were asked why they committed the crimes they did, they answered, "I was just doing my job". Can the same be said for NZ Police?
To our people in blue..thank you for the service you provide and the unconditional show of perseverance to help others and protect other with little recognition 👍🤙
Can’t wait to start my career next year. Im so exited for it. Proud of that uniform 👮♀️
😂 gotta support the local bakery 👍🏽 stuffed that bun down like it was going outta fashion 😂 he seems like a really neat guy, hardcase fulla.

He got his taser but must of left his iPhone at the station - didn’t scan in!
I was posted there for two years back in the 80's It was a hard town with its fare share of issues but still a nice place to live. Great video.

@@realkiwi4806 This is a problem with most of NZ right now, some areas the Police are trying to crack down on it but it's still terrible
It's a poor little corrupt town sorry to say
@realkiwi4806 report a crime now and all you'll get is "yep we know them" and then nothing.
my experiences with the wairoa police have been excellent, good service, and valued in their community
great friendly police
Extra friendly to the gangs.

It's lies. The police are the same the world over. Here they just don't have body camera so their missdeeds don't get recorded as much.
