@Josh Jeremiah thats why i always told myself the original natives should get more priorities and support from the central govt compared to migrants like myself. But over here in brisbane, it seems the chinese (majority) are throwing money and buys up all the properties. This mainland chinese (Some cant even speak english, im wondering how they got those citizenship while it took me 7 years to be PR. On the 9th year then i got my full citizenship) doesnt know when to stop cos they rent out those properties back to aussies in higher prices. This gives us the bad names because of their action. Central govt should stop this and screen thoroughly for those who wish to be a citizens in NZ and Down under.

There are a lot of unnecessary families in state housing. Families with with older kids (18+) are still living in these houses when they shouldn't be. Families that are living in these houses shouldn't be staying in them for 15+ years. Surely that would've been enough time to save money to buy a house and give the state house they're living in to families that actually need it. Grown as kids shouldn't be living in state houses with their parents.

federal banks need debt to print money, NZ links to the bank of England, this bank has a Canadian representative of Golden Sachs. Golden Sachs created the 2008 financial crash, to reimburse for their monstrosity finance mistakes the lower income and middle class ultimately pay for this process. Banks are depending on foreign businesses to move in and applying for business loans thus creating more debt at third of the price or lower at the current price present day. NZ natural resources retains global market advantages due to its green prestige reputation and low currency rates. The evil overall is this has no public policy regulations? World banks are independent entities, untouchable and conduct in-house audit investigations. Money is no longer valued by gold. it is valued by debt.

The laws of nature cannot be overruled by politicians except for a short time. It is now and always has been survival of the fittest or most adaptable.

We cant do that we have to pay the rent ourselves in fact give it all to some smelly scabby cash hoarder that owns for four or five houses. The ethnic groups will have several families living under one roof, not because housing is short but to give themselves cheap accomodation as several are working and pay the rent amongst them so they end up saving loads. This is not new, I had a landlord in Auckland that told me about a flat he rented out, he said that there were around twenty chinese living there. Needless to say he evicted them when he found out.
