    Intermittent fasting will have huge positive impact on health and diagnostic readings but for sustainability little relaxation has to be suggested
    Pls suggest and comment whether 1 cucumber and half Avacado can be taken and also 3 peeled almonds are permitted during fasting window
    My experience with this style and 1 hr exercise and highly controlled non veg taking will do wonders including weight reduction

      We don't want to have any food or drink that triggers the insulin spike. Even a single cookie can take you out of fasting mode.
      I find water to be an excellent solution during the fasting window. I changed the way I took it, bought a nice crystal glass tumbler and i drink some water everytime I feel a little hungry. This self control is required only for a month. Your brain adapts to the change soon. Enjoy your weight loss journey.

    Sir ... I am following intermittent fasting since 2 years and I made it my life style. Iam 63kgs weight before n now 54 kgs..aged 56 y.
    My fasting window starts at 0830am and ends at 0430pm
    My food includes two yellow eggs and 4 white eggs either boiled or veg filled omlet with ghee and 5 to 6 chicken pieces or two pan fried fish pieces. Some times raw kheera n sprouts will be included.
    6 badam 6 walnuts soaked .. spoon chia seeds .. spoon black sesame seeds ..one spoon flax seeds will be added to curd n will be taken.
    Every morning I am taking apple side venegar 10ml in one litre water
    Using ghee for omlet and for curries chekka ganuga sesame oil n pea nut oil mixed
    But I am unable to calculate my calorie intake. How to calculate.
    My face became dull n lost my pink colour and charm.
