The best way to sum up 19 years of RT. Gus: "I hate everyone" 19 years and going.
Hearing Gus say "No" to the phrase "pair of glasses" and not be immediately called out can no longer stand. The people demand the return of Burnie to put an end to this lunacy. He would have fought tooth and nail for the next hour on that phrase alone. It absolutely is a common phrase. Gavin don't let them manipulate you like that.
That made me irrationally angry. That’s SUCH a common term.

As a flight attendant, I always expect to see Austin completely busy beyond reason. I flew out of there Monday morning and couldn’t believe that people were lined up outside to even get in. When I talked to the gate agents, they said this was nothing compared to Saturday and Sunday. Only 12-15 people were missing their flights on Monday compared to 50-60 each flight the previous 2 days…
Totally normal and acceptable way to cut a cake.

I remember how I found you guys all those years ago. I was playing the community Xbox at Walmart where the start on my neck problems probably started because the tv was so damn high. But I remember seeing you guys on that tv and I immediately went home and found RVB and I fell in love. Thanks guys for 19 years of laughs.

Crazy how it's been 19 years. I started watching back in 2013 and it's been pretty great since then. When I started watching the podcast it was a bit before 300 being out too. Also 80 Minecraft episodes had been put out. Still a great podcast for sure.
Anniversary!! Just wanna say rooster teeth impacted me so much as a young lad, mainly achievement hunter but the podcasts were something so golden, with Gus, Burnie, Gavin, and Barbara. I seriously thank you so much for how much i was influenced as a person, I remember being younger wishing I had the ability to be as cool as you guys, and now I think it's all culminating perfectly for me. Appreciate you guys forever ever ❤️

I cannot believe how everyone was against Gus’ cake cutting with that small knife. Gus was objectively correct. Gavin trying to arbitrarily choose centre is insane. 2 perpendicular cuts to mark centre and radially cut slices from there. Gavin is mental.

Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World is an awesome book. I would recommend you save 1Q84 for the end if you're reading Murakami. Its such a complex book with so much happening, afterwords his other books can seem a bit simple by comparison.

I am truly flabbergasted that everyone was so appalled by the way he cut the cake. I can understand different cutting methods, but not the reaction. I cut the Gus way.
The cake cut made perfect sense, its how you would cut any pie/pizza, so cutting cakes that way makes perfect sense. Doesn't mean most people do it that way, but it's still reasonable
It's wrong partly because you expose all the cake to the air and dry it out, but mostly because it means you can't determine the size of individual slices. The traditional and proper way of cutting cake means everyone gets the amount of cake they want, no more or less.

@@GusUglySorola to be fair, pizza is just another type of pie. But its been done before. Typically you'd do it if you plan on actually dividing the whole thing into equal parts, which should be logical to do. But I guess not everyone follows that logic
i've never seen someone cut cake all the way across like you'd do with pizza. i've only ever seen it being cut from the middle to the edge
I totally do the same thing that Gus did... Because i have a hard time keeping the slices even if i dont cut it like a pizza

Pro tip for cutting a cake from a family of bakers! To cut it, use normal (non flavored obviously) dental floss. Hold tight and slice it. Perfectly straight cuts across.

Hello Long time fan. Just had a quick question about the Audio Processing on the vocals. The reverb unit has a long delay and it puts sound engineers out of the podcast. It just doesn’t sound like the room there are in.
