Same here. I lasted for a couple of years after Burnie left. But I was a consistent RTP listener for a while and then got interrupted by another series I'm catching up on and coming back to Gus in the big chair is super nostalgic for me.

I would pay to keep these three doing podcasts together. This is some of the best content RT has put out.
Thats the problem. They stopped doing this. Lost lots of original people. Its like AH. It went from 6 guys messing around in video games to a slew of random people. RT basically lost its heart and soul by getting too big.

@@dregothic not entirely their fault. Warner Bros was losing funds so they cut RT’s pay. Which caused RT to lay off A LOT of people. Then now, Warner Bros needs money cause they are going into debt so they shut down their only source of income 😂 logic

I am 58. My son found Rooster Teeth when he was a kid and his cousin told him about a new show called Achievement Hunter. We both have been fans of RT ever since their first Minecraft episodes. We both are gonna miss you guys❤.
You guys made a lot of kids who didn’t have that many friends growing up feel like they did, thank you ❤️

I've listened to the RT podcast for 15 years of my life, every single episode. So much of my life was influenced by this podcast, I don't know what I'm going to do now. Thanks for everything...I'll miss you so much.

When you go through your bi-yearly rooster teeth phase and realize that this is the last time you’ll be able to do it :/ seeing Gavin with gray hair might be the first time I’ve really dissociated about my age. Only 23 but I remember watching him and burnie argue when I was 12. Thanks for always giving me laughs, this cry is for you all at rooster teeth and AH

The Rooster Teeth Podcast was so important to me growing up, and then became such a constant in my life that it felt like would always be there.
So I'm glad we got one last original crew podcast, even if that darn Burnie is busy living in Scotland. Having Patrick come on for a little bit and show the bottle caps thing was really really nice too.
You know it's really something special when I'm gonna miss the broadcast people too, wherever everyone ends up. I'd love it if it were together, but the world goes on.
Same with me and ah. every Friday I would sit down and watch the mine craft let's play.
They should had burnie set up on a laptop on the right, heh.

I'll always admire you all for making me laugh so much, and for all of the amazing work that you did in your 21 years. Same! I remember sitting in class in high school and a kid next to me laughed really hard and I asked him what was funny and he was embarrassed and said “oh a podcast”. And I showed him my iPod and we BOTH WERE LISTENING TO ROOSTERTEETH.
60 was my first one. Funny how it sticks with you.
During high school I would wait up until 1.30am every Monday to watch the podcast live... I can't wait to see what y'all do next, thank you for all of the years of laughter.
I really, really hope that you guys can continue creating things together, even if is just a podcast, i spent my teenage years tuning into the podcast to hear Gus, Gavin, Barb and Burnie talk about whatever they wanted and id do it again. First found Rooster Teeth when I went to college in the fall of 2005 and started playing Halo 2 like 40 hours a week.
My level of attention to what RT and all the spin offs were doing has waxed and waned, switching focus from Achievement Hunter to Always Open, from RT Animation to Red vs Blue, and everything in between.
Again, thanks for the years of content, formative humor, and the occasional merchandise purchase.

I miss the drunk tank. I remember listening to it when I was studying in highschool. And when they filmed it for the first time in the middle of a regular conference room where I learned what everyone actually looked like was so mind blowing.

I missed you guys. I’m just upset. A huge part of my life has been with rooster teeth. My first convention I only went because a few of the RWBY voice actors were gonna be there. My first cosplay was ruby… I’ll never be able to come to terms with the company being shut down… i hope you guys can find a way to continue.
This was my first podcast. It got me into podcasts. I even watched a bit of the RT Pod rebrand.
I'll even say that as an introverterted highschooler with no friends, this podcast taught me how to be social and have conversations that helped me make friends in college.

When they said they had a special guest I got my hopes up Burnie was going to make one last appearance on RTP. But Patrick was also a nice surprise! Love you guys, sure will miss the vibe of everyone being together, but I'm sure what's coming next will be just as great. Love you again!!🎉

Guys my cousin literally introduced me to RT when I was 5. I never stopped watching. I’m only 2 months older than RT😭 I’m not handling this well
This absolutely broke my heart and I loved every second.
I've been listening/watching the RT Podcast since 2009 or so. Thank you to all cast and production members, past and present. You've provided hundreds of hours of entertainment and have been so influential on me as a child, teen, and adult. I wish the best for y'all in whatever is next.
You can see the change in energy, like everyone was happy to be here and record this but the emotions are just so front and centre. Like even with the way Gavin would finish speaking, almost every time you could feel sadness that every time he's done speaking he has a sudden realisation "this is the last time"

I listend to the RT podcast all throughout my middle school and highschool years, then beyond into my military days, and now it's kinda hard this is coming to an end. If you guys are willing to keep the podcast going somehow, I'd still listen.
Been watching for 18 years (since middle school) and there were so many good memories brought up talking about old imersions. It was really cool getting to hear more of the technical production side of what it took to make a lot of these shows and videos!

I'll follow you guys everywhere in whatever you do next. I have a major silent hope that some company hires you guys to just do whatever you want should you want to. It'll never feel like it's been enough and it'll never feel like I wanna let go of this part of my childhood.
This reminded me how much i miss these people gettin together every week to talk about whatever. So glad they did this.
I was already in my twenties when I found RT but the entertainment that I consumed were still formative to me in a way only rivalled by The Simpsons in my youth. Thank you RT for everything.
