- We've been talking about Tina's hospital for a few months, we're excited to finally be able to share an update from Hope Avenue!
Peek into the plans for Tina's hospital, get an update on Faith's eye (we get so many questions about this, and we're crossing our fingers!), and get to know some of the dogs we have on the land and what the future holds for them!

Oh no, Niall, I hope you're feeling 100% real soon. The renderings of Tina's Hospital are amazing. Aside from the state of the art rooms and technology that'll be available at the Hospital, I especially love, love, love that Tina's burial site will be included in the courtyard of the hospital so those who visit can pay their respects. After all, Tina captured all our hearts, and she is the namesake of the hospital. The architects, along with your input, didn't skip a beat and have designed an incredible Hospital, I'm so happy for you, Happy Doggo Land, and especially the dogs who will benefit the most. It won't be too long now before you break ground. Tina would be so proud of you, the team, and all you are doing in her honour. Kudos to you, Niall, and to everyone behind the scenes who is making this possible. You should be very proud of yourselves & your accomplishments. 💕🐶🐾

Well done in getting the local schools involved… one way of allowing the children to see the dogs that are now safe with you and also a lesson in how to treat animals… we have a dog come into my school and the children absolutely love her x

That brief reminder of how bad Faith and Phoenix were shows their recovery is nothing short of a miracle and the news about her eye is brilliant! To see how trusting all of them are after all they have been put through at the hands of humans shows what beautiful creatures they are, you are moving mountains helping them, I can't wait for the hospital to be finished, you and Tina are going to change the world for thousands of dogs.
Education is key to change the cycle of abuse. Children need to see , interact and learn that dogs, are family and all animals should be treated with love, compassion and respect. You're amazing and your work is inspiring. God bless you and everything you do. Light in a very dark world ❤

With luciouce greenery, Thai fruite tree and flowers, waterfall coycarp ,cooling off hot day outdoor canopy seating and play area park/ and cafe/ light snacks.

You are brilliant Niall ❤ homing a dog would be exactly like child. 10 dogs as you said doesn’t sound a lot but it’s about the quality of getting the trust the health and giving love to help them heal. Hi Niall, the architects have been so thoughtful and considerate when designing the hospital, there is no doubt that the hospital will be amazing but it will also feel amazing and tranquil and peaceful. I can sense the feeling people will get just from looking at the drawings, it’ll be like being enveloped in a Tina hug, reassuring and calming and loving. I can’t wait for it all to become reality now. When will the hospital be completed? And how much more money do you need for the project? Thank you for this post Niall. Its my only way to hear how things are going. Tina being visited by so many in the way the architects have included her, is just The Best. I did not recognise little phoenix he is looking wonderfully well and his sister will be back soon. The Children coming is also wonderful stuff then they can study hard at school to help the dogs. I am overjoyed for you all. Also glad of the brief respite for everyone before you are onwards with the new dogs needing help support and healing. I hope that flu lifts fully for you too. The plans look great. But have you & the architects discussed how the dogs still staying with you will deal with having a big noisy construction site right next to them for such a long time? It could be very stressful for some (thinking especially of Britney, but there will be others). I work in architectural design & development, and 'decanting' is always a challenge we need to plan for in advance (and I'm normally only dealing with humans!)
I was wondering the same myself. It’s an incredible project and looks so wonderful and restful for the dogs who will be treated there. But having so much jungle cleared and infrastructure of water, power, sanitation etc installed will be disruptive and noisy. Can’t wait to see it rise from the land as a place of hope and healing for dogs that need it ❤

Niall, you’re so lovely. One thing my therapist taught me was that I can’t help others if I dont help myself. He said “when you’re in an airplane and the oxygen masks are dropped they tell you to put on your own mask before helping those around you” I’m guilty of putting myself last and that little comment really helped. Tell Mr. Big that his biggest fan is sending love and ear scratches from Orlando florida ❤

Hearing you say “are we doing enough?” After reading your book and all of this only being a pipe-dream is crazy Niall! You wrote something along the lines of, ‘to even think of being able to sterilise 5,000 dogs a month is verging on the line between what’s actually possible and impossible’ but look! Here you are! And the happy doggo team - making it all work. KUDOS
