Good tip when your lure gets caught up on something underwater….point the tip on the rod directly at the point that it’s stuck, grab one hand around the reel to prevent too much back tension on the reel that could damage it, and just pull straight back in the direction that the rod handle is pointing. The rod and fishing line should be about parallel with one another. You’ll have a high success rate of freeing up your lure from whatever it’s caught on and it’ll save you from damaging a nice reel.
Always like my daily dose. I say grind it! I'm just here to tag along for the ride, I'm totally cool with a week (or more) of working on nose angle.

You should do a “road to 500ft” series
Hard to tell from behind the tee POV but I'm fairly sure your nose angle issue is caused by REVERSE PIVOTING because you said you seem to throw nose up less on flex lines. Basically your weight starts out behind your brace (good) but stays behind your brace (bad) so effectively you're throwing slightly up hill. If you think of a spinning top, trying to spin the top with the center of gravity behind the pointy bit at the bottom, the top has trouble getting upright and will fall backwards and down & away. Your pivot foot (ideally the heel) is the pointy bit and as you rotate along the axis created by your heel>leg>right hip>right shoulder your center of gravity is staying back and away.
You need more forward momentum so that as you pull, your axis rotates into and over the brace, in a tilted swing toward the disc's side. I.e. don't shift your weight directly up and over the brace like a pole vaulter but tilted sideways to maximize centrifugal force and safely take stress off your knee as you pivot. Niklas Antilla's form illustrates the motion I'm describing very well.

It’s cool knowing I could** birdie a 410 ft hole, but I wish had had spent that time working on my putting if I’m being honest. I’m not on the tour and most courses around me, 300 ft and good putting is way more important for a low score.

I was always trying to poor the coffee to get the nose down (not consistant), but recently i realized "turning the key" is the better visualization and boom nose down!

fixing your nose angle may be as simple as changing up your grip. I would watch multiple vids of you learning how to throw nose down 👀 I'm sure a lot of peeps struggle with this too
