Powerful, emotional and plain fantastic! Beautifully and masterfully performed in song with amazing great orchestra!!!! Bravo!!!
Christine Marie Allado !!! Cheers to another Filipino making it to the big stage😍🥰😍🥰
for everyone saying she's singing too fast , the time of the song is how it appeared on the movie. during the scene when she sings this song, she was running with john smith
Beautiful!! She definitely encapsulates the spirit of Disneys Pocahontas
Anyone else hopelessly crying when they hear this song?
This is a big time performance. She's singing from her heart.
Was she? I didn’t believe a word she sang. It was too made up or so, I found it to be acted to much. Not convincing.
*too
This is giving me chills, she's so beautiful and nailing this song. It's bringing me back to my childhood well done.
👵🏿
Christine Allado has done quite an impressive portfolio in musical theatre like Zipporah in The Prince of Egypt the Musical. She's ever dueted with the great tenor Andrea Bocelli. Keep making waves and make the Filipinos proud.
This performance was incredible and this song never grows old! Lover her outfit and earrings
Excellent!
Wow wow wow , such a beautiful rendition. I felt like i was brought to the forest to experience Pocahontas' life.
Love it❤
Has a spiraaaaaaaattttttt!!!! Has a name... ☺️
Proud Pinoy here. Brings back childhood memories. She looked liked Pocahontas singing in real life too!
This performance is magical. It is so incredibly good! I wish I could have been there as well to witness it
❤❤❤
sometimes you just have to shed a tear...BRAVO!!!!
This had me absolutely sobbing, it was my favourite Disney movie as a child. The music is so beautiful and powerful, it really overwhelmed me hearing it today ❤️❤️❤️
im on e tough son of a gun, and yet this song is SO DANG POWERFUL and i do love it!
Lyrically, such a thoughtful song. For me, "you can own the earth and still, all you'll own is earth until"
Beautiful song and very beautiful performer.
That was an incredible performance! The orchestra and vocalist gave me goosebumps the whole time!! 😭🩷
What a great song, and the Vocalist is superb. The orchestra was mesmerizing. ❤❤️❤️❤️👍
Stunning performance! The orchestra, the voice❤❤❤
I loved this movie and bought a CD and played it a hundred times my daughter looks like Pocahontas with 2 braided hair 🥰🥰🥰
Goosebumps. Shivers. TOO GOOD!!
Magnificent! Beautiful rendition that makes me cry every time I hear it.
The list of great performers singing this masterpiece is long, and this young lady can proudly add her name to the list.👏👏👏
Beautiful performance, she looks stunning!!!
The song has a deep message and I think that came across beautifully. Congratulations to all the orchestra and the singer and let’s not forget the composer and the conductor either! I think they indeed pained with all the colors of the wind!
Beautiful song.
Beautiful.
Such a beautiful rendition. The overall concert is a joy to watch too.
Goosebumps

Splendide
Wow 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Bravo! I love this song. Grace and wisdom, that is what is missing in most of the female heroes in motion pictures.
It's amazing how so many talented people come gracefully together to perform a simple and yet very meaningful Disney theme song!..

Excellent
Amazing Voice ! 🎉💞
I'm getting "The hills are alive" vibes with this rendition. And I think it's too fast that you have no time to imagine/visualize what she's singing about.
This is how it was sung in the movie. Same pace. In this scene, Pocahontas was running around with John.
Une superbe orchestration et une très belle voix l'accompagnant.
Thank you for a wonderful performance !🐰😀👀🥰😇😍🙏💕🍁❤️🇨🇦
Christene Allado did a superb performance but she's so underrated.
Quelle jolie fille ! quelle voix sublime!!
Amazing Orchestra!!! I like the version of Lea Salonga.
Venessa Williams is still the colours of the winds.
Sem medo de errar ! Vanessa William em primeiro lugar ! ❤
the song is echoing..... and the background music goes on beyond..... sia but hope is in it.....
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
woauw
I Bless You.

Who is this magnificent singer and which orchestra is it??love them❤
Christine Allado 🥰
@@harma7172 thank you😆
For those who said she sung too fast, isn’t it exactly the same tempo with the original soundtrack with Judy Kuhn?? 😮
Yes… I think most of those commenters have never seen the scene in the movie thus comes from, just the Credits version on the radio.
It's cause everyone just learned this song from the Tori Kelly cover which is slower lol this video is exactly how it is in the movie
Yes she hurried through the very beautiful song. Tori kelly though did a great job.
Beautiful! who's the singer?
Christine Allado. Filipino-brit singer
Filipina!
We are not told what orchestra this is, who is the conductor, and who is the singer. "Follow us for updates and behind-the-scenes content..." Really?
When was this?
I never understood that song until now.
Et le nom de la chanteuse, je le vois pas dans la présentation!
This is phenomenal, though I was always taught to pronounce Mount-AIN not mount-IN
she sings like I HAVE TO CATCH A BUS hope she made it
You're a dork.
This is how it was sung in the movie. Same pace. In this scene, Pocahontas was running around with John.
@@Xii.OlaJones dont waste your breathe, some ppl just wont get it
She sing can good!
She can sing, but you can't write!
Goo goo ga ga
beautiful performance!! Who performed it?
Christine Allado, Filipina-British actress and singer
@@NWG16888 Thank you, this should have been in the video.
who's the female singer name??
Who is she, actually? She is not Vanessa.
Christine Allado. Filipina-Brit singer
@@pheromone714 Thanks!
Check Lea Salonga’s version
That’s not Judy Kuhn
Listen to this song in spanish: Colores en el viento. It also sounds so beautiful with the voice of Susana Zabaleta
Way too fast, maestro
Bakit ayaw pangalanan ni OP yung vocalist?
She look like Pocahontas
Ok I would say just a bit to massive for a simplistic view of our Devine worth. Can we maintain our spiritual measurements via our inner platform? Don't crowded stages only confuse a lone dreamer?
même pas capable de nous donner le nom de l'artiste qui chante.
Tell me if she the OG
Rosak lagu
She did not rush the song but sand it at the pace it, and orchestra played at, was written by the person who created this arrangement. If you found it too fast maybe your brain is too slow to keep up. Not Vanessa Williams but still very good, just different. As Ricky Nelson wrote in Garden Party, ‘If all I sang were memories I’d rather drive a truck’. If performers only copied originals we would not have gotten the Disturbed version of Sounds of silence. A lot of famous songs were covers of originals that weren’t as good.
she’s singing faster than the wind. 🙄
I did not enjoy it, it is too fast for me, maybe I used to Vanessa's version where it is more soulful and less of a performance while this one is more of performance than being soulful. I can not feel the essence of the song with this version.
In the YT app you can speed up or slow down videos. Cheers!
It’s missing emotion or something from the vocal.
I completely agree. It got better 2/3rds or 3/4ths of the way through but it was not true enough to the original in that it tried to be different and rushed. However the orchestral changes were changes that added more depth and life to the song. I was just disapointed with the first half of over-acting with the singing. Nothing wrong with the physical gestures and facial expressions, but the sound was off and the range wasn’t enough. The bass in the original was much lower and also, I’m sorry…. but she was singing a song with different notes than the original. I don’t think she’s so bad of a great singer that she was that off key and still sang it that way. Somebody chose to change it (maybe it had to be for copyright reasons?).
I love the live orchestra performance , but I do agree with some of the commenters. It’s a bit fast. I wished it was slowed down like the classic version from Disney’s original composition. And although we can’t have the OG singer cuz, people do get old, and newer, younger individuals solo singers must always fill in the spot. This singer still did a wonderful job, despite the haters in the comment who prefer to be frozen in time. They’ll never adapt .
It's good. But, Vanessa still does it better and effortless.
sometimes what i hate about classical performers are their ignorance to original tempo and rhythm.
This performance absolutely destroys the beauty of the song.
I need to listen to the original just to wash this crap away
czcams.com/video/IsVqO83OYow/video.html
Terrible singer for this song Vanessa Williams does it better
Christine no doubt has a beautiful voice and the musicians are talented, but I personally think the song lost most of its emotion and meaning with this arrangement. It didn't sweep you away to Pocahontas's world and all the beauty of the land of her people and the creatures and how we can live with it not destroy nature.
If you close your eyes and remember the scenes of this film on your 'inner' eyes, this performance is perfectly close to the original...
…ˋ´…left outside alone …ˋ´…😁
She lives in Berlin, district Zoological Garden
Oh absolutely, didn’t believe a word she sang. It’s a bit overkill.
Well, I for one thought it was spot on, and for the first time I really heard )and felt) the words.
She was definitely rushing that song , good voice but could have taken loads more time to deliver it even better
She was a victim of the director, who set the tempo for the orchestra. This happens a lot. She did a beautiful job singing within the parameters that were set that she had no control over.
This is how it was sung in the movie. Same pace. In this scene, Pocahontas was running around with John.
Isn't it the orchestra that's controlling the tempo as directed by the conductor?
Incridible voice, but to me, it's like she's in a hurry to go to the bathroom.
This doesn't have the colour's of the wind feel ,very soulless
She is good but not Vanessa....
Not Woke Enough, im offended
Modesty anyone?
Wachu talking bout granny, she looks amazing and free and beautiful 😍
How is a gorgeous floor length gown on a professional singer as she performs not modest!? Or are you watching something else...?
