they claimed he was too out of breath from preforming and they couldn't hear the full extent of what he could do. But if you ask me they just didn't want to press it and were looking for excuses
@@ajurgo This makes zero sense, the song is so difficult for performing.
I think whatever excuse they gave, they probably said that cause they believe he can go far with his voice anywhere, but not with them. Not with The Voice.
They also missed watching his performance.
@@CornedBee I feel like you could tell just from hearing him sing that he has stage presence, if that makes sense. You didn't need to see if, you could hear him putting on a performance.

It’s super disappointing what happened to him, Especially when you watch the video of his battle or what ever it’s called with him singing i would do anything for love! He’s incredible! And then they just left him and he was out, in favour of the blonde girl who, while she could sing well, looked and sounded like every other blonde girl. This guy, Chris James, is quirky, fun and massively entertaining. They really had a blunder on this one!

There’s a possibility if it was late in the season that they couldn’t turn around. Each judge only has a certain amount of picks and they can’t turn after they’ve filled their picks. I remember the girl George wanted to turn for but couldn’t and he did a track or album with her later. I don’t watch a lot of the voice but I guess it’s a possibility, I would hope it’s something like that.

whoever was singing, i'd forget how good the other one was. they both had such nice tone and control. most of their harmonies were blissful. really splendid performance.

The terrible English broke the immersion for me. It sounded as if she had no idea what she was singing.
@@Martin-ip8pe you should probably get your ears checked then chief because her English is fine. I would venture to guess it’s probably better than yours. She’s enunciating correctly and sounds great so idk what your issue is.

I'm watching this video and the song "Go The Distance" is giving me goosebumps. These two are so on point with their symphonies. I'm very impressed. I can hear them over and over and it's so soothing and calming.
Believe it or not, I like the Bare Necessities sung by Anastasia. Nostalgia mixed with a countryside vibe, it can't be beaten.

I also really liked the to guys who (seperately) sang "into the unknown" and I really liked the guy part from "a whole new world" and the last one, who sang "I wanna be like you" :D :D :D looove disney songs!

They really dropped the ball on him! If you look and watch his “battle” singing I’d do anything for love, he is incredible! And they still dropped him. It was super disappointing

I think picking a song like 'For the first time in forever' is a very bold choice for the Show as it could be viewed as being too silly. Glad it paid off for her though.
