I'm sorry to do this, but every foreigner seems to pronounce it so wrong and if they ask for direction, they might not be understood.
You have to pronounce the As! more like British As. CI-V-TÀ - VE -CHI (KI) - A. Actually, tery the TÀ as in "ta-da!" The vowels are very well pronounced in Italian. Spread the sound always.
