The only reason they hype it up for you and make you feel good about it, is so you eventually eat their bugs, and go along with the plan they have in place. It's right in your face...if you don't see it, you're choosing to remain blind. Meat is not bad for you. Meat from McDonald's is. Meat from Walmart is. Not meat itself. The human body, especially male, is not designed to only eat plants and nuts...it just simply isn't. So if you're doing it for health, stop. If you're doing it for other reasons like being against killing animals, then I get it...but I'd be willing to bet you own leather if that's the case, like the vast majority of vegans I know....don't fall for the trap. Humans have never been vegan for a reason, and it's sad seeing the health issues, especially mental health, that people are getting from it. Just food for thought...there's a wholeeeeeee lotta research from independent sources not paid for by the government if you choose to read it

As a health conscious, keto/low carb, organic, non-GMO, no processed food, no sugar individual, I haven’t had any Doritos p, or any other crap like that in over 5 years! I lost 55 pounds and went from a 60 year old who looked 70, to a 65 year old who looks 55. I am no longer on any prescription medications.
