So the fact that being Catholic all my life, I received only through the Neocatecumenal Way, the message of the Kerygma, Christ’s unconditional love for me, that God works in the communion of people, words to encourage and help me live in chastity during my single life, words and liturgical celebrations that help me carry my daily cross, love my enemies , see Christ in the other, live my vocation of marriage in the grace of openness to life, truth, and gift of self to my husband....all of that was emotion and imagination I guess? Peace be with you all and let’s respect that there are different ways in which God calls us to His one and only Holy Mother Church 🙂!

Good afternoon Fr.! Peace be with you. With all due respect, I strongly disagree, the Way is not heretical, we are in full communion with the Catholic church, and have been approved by popes before Francis as well (St.'s John Paul II and Benedict XVI). The Way was able to restore my parent's marriage in the fullest Christian sense 26 years ago, allowing for the birth of me and my 6 siblings to enter this world under a Catholic roof. We were raised in the faith that was certainly not based solely on feelings. Through the Way, my parent's catechists were able to prevent my mother from aborting my brother, and console her and teach her the beauty of life and what our Church teaches us in regard to the dignity of human life. Thank God she listened to them; now my brother is a healthy 21 year old studying biology at the Catholic University of Dallas in Texas. Because of and through the Neocatechumenal Way, as a 25 year old young man, I have genuinely fallen in love with and set ablaze with zeal for the Catholic church. The Neocatechumenal Way has opened the path for me to meet Christ and His passionate love for me through the sacraments, the saints, the teachings of the church, and so many other ways I have been blessed by the Lord. The Way has taught me the importance of prayer, specifically through the discipline of daily morning prayer with silent meditation and the praying of the daily rosary, which I have made my routine now for almost 5 years now. I say this not to boast of myself at all, truly, but only to give thanks to the Way for forming me to be a true Catholic man by highlighting the fruits it has given in me through Christ Himself. The Way, through the teachings of the Theology of the Body and other catecheses, have taught me the dignity of what it means to be a man, the purpose of my sexuality, and ultimately taught me that I am always called to imitate Christ. For this I am forever grateful, as the Way has helped me in my darkest times. The Way's constant emphasis placed on the vocation has also helped me pray and meditate on my vocation, and realize that making money is not my ultimate goal in life: as of now, I am discerning a holy marriage open to life, and I sincerely yearn to eventually leave my career as a mechanical engineer here in the US along with all my belongings, and get sent as a missionary family wherever the Lord wills for me to be and evangelize the Good News. To be told I am not Catholic because I am in the Way is simply not true, I am Catholic solely because of the Way, I wouldn't be here typing this message if the Way did not exist. Again, I pray whoever reads this does not take my tone as boastful or arrogant, I am simply stating and sharing my life with you all. Also, the Way would never support communism, marxism, socialism, or any other false ideologies spread in our times, we are taught the dangers of communism and gender ideology constantly. Pray for me brothers, that I may never lose the love I have for our Catholic church. Peace be with you all. Ad maiorem Dei gloriam!

Thanks, Fr. Jenkins. Good grief, there is also a Neocatechumenal Way movement here where I live (outside of the US). Good thing I did NOT sign up for it. 😮

Priest seems to be really prejudice towards anything remotely different to his perception of what's Catholic or not. Accusation of pentacostalism are absurd, there are no elements of charismatic movements in Neocathecumenal way. I had many experiences with members of those communities and during those years I heard one thing, many times from different people: facts over the emotions, and that as a Christian I should seek facts of God's plan in life - not basing them on my emotional experience. Sorry but I have to point out lack of basic knowledge about this movement that is really tightly bond to parish. This chanel tries to disconnect Christians from connection to out one holy and apostolic church - presenting Seconf Vatican Council as treat to faith - that's no diffrent form aftermath of other councils in Chrurches history - there was one priest that thought hi was more rigth than the pope himself - and he lead to schism. Stay united, pax

Jeśli papież odprawia Eucharystię w tej formie, to czy to jest katolickie ? Samo pytanie jest błędem !

If the priest were a little more concrete it would have been enlightening. but he followed the usual path of accusation without showing evidence.

So is this priest contradicting the Pope’s and many Bishop’s endorsements? Sounds like a stray priests opinion.
