I miss season 1 fish mooney. Eventually they turned her into telenovela Mooney and she became a bit exhausting (although her aesthetics were always superb). But overall she was one of my favorite characters of Gotham even when she wasn't around.
I second this! She was amazing in season 1 and how she delivered her performance. You could truly believe she was a higher-up in the mafia with a rough past.
Penguin is so freaking good at buying time. His character is just delicious.
