Sometimes we have problems with fingers in volleyball and these are 3 ways how to tape it and reduce or prevent pain😉 See my longer video about how to tape fingers for more info👍

Basically it helps stabalize the finger to prevent further injury. It doesnt 100% stop it or anything but better safe that sorry
