2.5cm for fingers are better and for the wrist it's personal preference but I would use bigger tape

Good video but one thing, if you have just injured your finger in a game and need a quick solution and you only have elastic or sock tape; use it regardless. It´s better than nothing and will still support and helps minimize bruising in the joint. But its nothing for the long term. :)

No not entirely. If you feel fine then it's not always necessary to tape your hands but if you feel pain or swelling then maybe consider taping your hands. It's very dependent on how to you feel.
