On this Spring day I found a few agates but one blew me away by how epic looking it was. It is one of my most favorite agate finds ever. I hope to return to this beach in Marquette Michigan again before summer arrives.

Velma all the agates were found in a 10 foot area of fresh rocks pilled up. I knew they were fresh, there were no foot prints or moved rocks. I got there the day after some high winds. I was so happy that day😊

That ore dock is very cool. 02:48 looks cool. You always get me with your excitement when you find something you really like. 04:54 is really neat too. Still amazes me how different they look from wet to dry. You got a lot of great finds! I love 09:03. Thanks for sharing your adventure with us.
Love the Ore Dock also. I was having so much fun on this day finding agates :) I beat the summer rush this year. I will be returning again. Have dentist Appt up that way so of coarse I will be going rock hunting while up that way. Thanks much for watching😊

I had a appointment up north the morning after a rain/wind storm and wow it turned out to be the best time to go to the beach. I was so happy on this day. I have to return to the doc and I will be at this beach again :) Thanks much for watching ! Have a good day my friend😊

cool stones. Just bought a big Husqvarna brush/weed wacker! Many other parts that can go on it! Need it for keeping the junk down off the powered fence line. could have used it last year, but did without! This thing will take down 1" sapling! Saw blade in the end.
I use to have one myself. It worked great for keeping the trails and road in clean back in the day when I had 41 acres. It was a beast to handle at least it was for me, lol It was second hand and old but it worked great. I wonder what ever happened to it ? Probably still out there on the land in the shed. Back in the day we even laid old sidewalks broken up by the city down on the road then pit run and then gravel. This was about 20 years ago. It stayed clear of grass, weeds and saplings for a long time. I rode by the land a week ago and no one it maintaining anything out there. I see nature took over. Can't even see the road anymore. Wow all that work and they let it go. Oh well it isn't my problem anymore, lol 😊

Hello Dawn. It is off the scenic drive right across from the huge white dome. Just make sure and not park on the scenic drive or what some call the shoreline drive. Have a great time😊

@@dawnskerski9970 were I park is right across the street. You will see others parked there. Lake shore BLVD, turn off on Pine Street and park right there.
