Good video as always. The respec button was a great addition to the game and i hope CA don't make changes to it. These exploits already existed in the game, they've just been made easier. You could save scum the names of power or you could disband lords for an unlimited pool (or even load in characters from previous saves). Exploits are also pretty niche and not everyone uses them so i hope CA don't revert was an amazing addition because it's so painful confederating a LL and the ai has ruined them with their levelling up

It's good that they finally added Respec functionality, but weird how they didn't think about any further interactions at all. Classic "One Button Respec" mod wasn't as full of loopholes (respec once per lord, for 1k, instant).

  • @bjack1547

    A win for the Druchii

  • @yoda4263

funny how the mod is more balanced then ca s version

  • @frankytoad12

Such a bizarre system that needlessly complicates things. Respec should cost gold like in the One Button Respec mod we've all been using forever. They can allow multiple respecs but put them on a cooldown or with vastly increasing gold cost so it doesn't get exploited.

another example of why they need open beta testing.

  • @myballsgetlikd2330

Going from Majesty of Ulthuan to Bloodline of Aenerion? Unsubscribed

  • @Murasame13

I'm curious how CA managed to make a WORSE version of a mod? CA literally has the blueprint there in front of them to work with. How did they fuck it up?

  • @czareknowak5805

I love how respect button mod was with us from the beginning and they still managed to fuck it up.

  • @BenDover-qh8wy

Ah yes, the finest CA craftsmanship indeed! Works almost entirely NOT like intended, but still good for shenanigans

  • @duckmiru_quack

Low loyalty lord: Don't you dare disband me!

  • @0NoName9

If they set the downtime to five turns as well (or three for disbanded lords), that would pretty much be an equalizer between disband and respec. They probably will, if they make any changes to it at all.

  • @giovannigio3764

Thanks for your videos and streams. I still learn a lot of fun things. Your channel makes the game more fun to play. And that Volkmar stream was epic.

  • @Defsnot_Momskowerkor

You are awesome Mercy, you just saved my campaign

  • @MercytheMad

    *CORRECTION*

  • @TisTheWay

Thank you for sharing this tidbit of information.

  • @DarkFenix2k5

So... if a lord can get refilled movement off a RoR, does this also work with insta-recruited units such as from Nurgle? Could Ku'gath potentially chain together a large number of readied lords to move ridiculously long distances, replacing alternately the single unit and the lord leading them?

  • @joshuahaynes1026

So in theory if you had enough lords and ror/raise dead in reserve you could keep an army on the move.. forever?

  • @rogergraf1634

Damn Sir, this is some sick stuff... but i like it.Keep up the good work please.

  • @winndypops

I had not thought about these, all some interesting moves. I was thinking I was clever just using the respec as a way to teleport my roaming Heroes back home before the End Game.
