  • The video discusses dealing with anxiety and regaining your lost confidence. Shaan shares his own experiences with anxiety and offers steps for overcoming it, focusing on the concept of "core confidence." Shaan stresses that confidence is not chased but comes as a result of clarity and competence.
Recovery is a practice, involving response to symptoms and understanding the mechanics of the fight or flight response. Shaan emphasizes that recovery can lead to a more confident version of oneself, using anxiety as a 'staff of wisdom.' The importance of personalized guidance is also highlighted, encouraging viewers to seek help from specialists in anxiety and recovery.

This is the only channel on nervous system desensitization (anxiety) that i did not unsubscribe as I'm recovering. I kept on learning/reminded on new stuff. I.e. If all symptoms suddenly gone, will u get the chance to train to get your confidence back? Then i came to realization that, as much as i hate it, i need my symptoms to flare up for me to respond correctly to regain my confidence, even better, develop core confidence.
Owh man the paradox yet no wonder many who came out of nervous system sensitization 'incident' are willing to go through the process if they can go back in time simply because they are seeing themselves upgraded to 2.0. now.
Thanks Shaan. Can't afford the mentorship but still please flood us with more info, preferably the slightly advance stuff.

Hi Shan, I have watched practically all of your videos multiple times and this one is one of the BEST. Can’t thank you enough for what you are doing for us. There is one thing that you always mention that I struggle with a bit. See I have spent years going to way too many doctors visits, labs, scans, I have spent plenty of $ and my health anxiety just kept growing When you mention, assuming you have EVERYTHING ruled out by your dr, that in itself is a slippery slope, cause “symptoms “ or sensations as my therapist calls them shift and although I tried, you can never really rule EVERYTHING out no matter how many visits or scans. At one point you have to stop or the cycle never ends. So my question is, when do you stop? When do you stop chasing and obsessing over your next sensation? What does it mean to have everything ruled out? When do we reach everything? When do we stop? Thank you so much and I truly hope you can help me answer this.

you stop when you realize that all of those things you feared were not that scary
and you understand that this is how your body reacts when experiencing fear
so understand yourself and tell yourself that you are fine
      YOU ARE FINE

Oh man I've been there. From blurry vision to morning anxiety to weird brain zaps while driving ..high blood pressure from panic attacks to shifty eye sight, rubber legs I swore were because of MS. Red flushed where my ears burn and face so hot I had to use ice.
After blood tests and drs and x-rays for lower back for the "rubber legs"
Glucose diabetic tests. All of it...even gyno.
I found out I was very low in Iron, caused some of the light headedness and fatigue. But rest was all nerves and the damn panic attacks I had for literally 25yrs. I've had them all ......every symptom, I've had. Trust me. And I didn't die. Lol
I STL ll get anxious not heart as bad. Since I found Shaan......watched his videos 4 x and my anxiety is much better. I think you're also fine!!!

This is exactly what happened to me! I had a huge panic attack in November 2021 and all this depression and anxiety hit me. I am
Not who I was any more. The other issue is if I had the money in my bank account that I had before my malignant narcissist spent it all. Also, if I was making the money I made last year !

In truth, you don’t. You acknowledge it and keep doing whatever you were doing. Obviously this is easier said than done but this takes reps. The reason we are “anxious” is because we are hyper aware of our emotions. Regular people aren’t, they also experience anxiety symptoms but the difference with them and us is they aren’t aware that it’s happening to them.

SSRIs should be a last resort. If your anxiety isn’t debilitating then you shouldn’t be on these anti depressants.
