- Let's break down and review the top 10 songs in the FF7 Remake Soundttrack, from the perspective of a Music Producer, explained for non-musicians.
Hip Hop De Chocobo? One Winged Angel? Which one is the best FF7R OST?
Let's talk about it!
This soundtrack also shows just how visionary the music of Nobuo Uematsu was at the time, it stood the test of time incredibly well, in great part thanks to the talented roster of composers that brought Final Fantasy 7's music back to life, 20 years later.

What are YOUR top 10 FF7 Remake Tracks?
This soundtrack is HUGE and full of wonders, so listing a top 10 for this video was hard for me, especially considering FF7 is my favorite game of all times (and is also what inspired me to become a Composer myself).
if I were to talk about ALL of my favorite tracks in FF7R, I could make 2-3 other videos just like this, but given the crazy amount of work it requires to breakdown 10 tracks from such an outstanding soundtrack, I think I'd do another top 10 FF7R video only if this one does incredibly well.
Hope you enjoy all the surprises hidden in this one!
I don't think that I can make a Top 10 List. I could only say which songs I like mor than others
The whole soundtrack is an absolute banger, one track I don't see mentioned much is Hand Over Hand such a cool yet simple arrangement.
Collapsed Expressway must be in there
Rufus shinra’s boss fight theme is a banger! So many callbacks to our ongoing battle against the Shinra Electric Power Company!
Ghoul, critical shot, all quiet at the gates, Eligor, hand over hand, the most muscular, Dogged pursuit, along with what you have listed in this video
One Winged Angel teases you for like fifteen minutes straight before dropping the *fattest* "SEPHIROTH!!"
I know right! I was like where is it!? And then boom you are hit in the face by it and totally worth it.
I have a good feeling that they will make one winged angel even more epic when final part comes cause square and uematsu does not disappoint
Not to mention kicks off the classic tune literally AS he summons his wing. Absolute PERFECTION in pacing.
@@darthcerebus I read that as "perfection in panicking" which...yeah when I realised we were fighting Sephiroth early I was fucking panicking XD
What the J-E-N-O-V-A composer was thinking:
Phase 1: “Ohhh hey does this sound familiar?”
Phase 2: “Sounds kinda like it yeah? Heheheh.”
Phase 3: “Just kidding, we know what you want, here... and it’s *BETTER* .”
Seen someone describe the first two phases as foreplay and... That's the best way one could describe it.
Not better though.
Free Flow
To each their own
@@FreeFlow__ You are so incredibly wrong. It's the same song in higher fidelity in the third phase. To say you don't like the third phase is to say you're not a fan of the melody and bps of the original JENOVA theme.
Of course the FF7R version is god tier, but I'd recommend the cover from Knights of the Round. Talk about taking an amazing track and turning it into a metal banger.
"Just like the best girl, Tifa"
*Careful, he's a hero.*
No, it is Aerith.
@@Jdogrey1 Nice try, but incorrect~
No, it is Barrett, he always will be
@@vassi02 He always will be the best girl?
Jadon R okay maybe not ALWAYS, but as for now he is imo
Jessie's theme and motorcycle chase are also *chef's kiss*
This soundtrack is just unreal.
Considering the original motorcycle music was so simple they did a great job on this one
Plus there's like 5 phases of the motorcycle theme (Midgar Expressway)
Can't wait to see Tifa getting all the chaos emeralds to rock over FF7R part 2
I like how he uses the Persona 5 confidant rank for ranking.
You made me cry with the avalanche theme song, I didn't realize they used that to mourn our comrades and now I'm even more amazed by the thought that went into the remake.
this !
Too bad it's not in the ost
I hadn't realized it either, I just felt sadden but didn't understand why.
@@Cammycam1000 "The Day Midgar Stood Stil" isn't up there?
@@dominque4180 the version that's there is the climb up towards valkyrie not the avalanche theme
6:07 you better be giving me that Sonic-styled mix of the Tifa theme. That remix was SO GOOD!
6:13
You really just nonchalantly made an entire new track, oh my god.
You legend!!!
I could see that playing in the Chocobo Racing betting screen or something, or maybe during a new minigame. It definitely belongs in the Gold Saucer.
The Smash'em and Rip'em track always gives me gooses bumps if I haven't heard it in a while. The feeling of seeing Tifa and Aerith fighting together and getting to know each other makes me emotional for some reason, I can't explain. I can say it makes me so happy. Give video Alex. Imma cop that album with the link.
Squats mini-game track would like a word with you.
I can't even stand it anymore after trying to do Tifa's pull-ups trophy
I would agree with you only if it was in any other part of the game. Because holy cow, the sit up/pull up challenge really broke me. It was so satisfying to finally get platinum for this game after that gimmick.
Inb4 git gud
My FF7 EDM tier list:
Smash 'Em Rip' Em >
Collapsed Expressway Battle >
Squat >
Due Recompense >
Collapsed Expressway Field
When FF makes a JoJo reference.
That song has been ingrained into my mind now thanks to how long I spent on that mini-game.
Fuck you, Jules.
one winged angel is so impactful because of how it plays out in the remake. it, at multiple points, plays like the song is about to end, and then it just keeps going. makes you feel like sephiroth just keeps coming and coming for more, like he is not stopping in his attempt to put you down.
6:09
Excuse me sir. You can't expect to just casually make a banger like that and think that no one will want it.
I demand a formal exchange of this music with my money, I say!
Man, Smash 'em, Rip 'em is my favourite track from the remake. They did a great job across the board but this track is my most played from the OST so far. Perfectly encapsulates Tifa and Aerith as a double team. Love your stuff, Alex. Just discovered you from your recent reddit post. And of course the Jenova Phase 3 is a callback to Nobuo Uematsus Black mages version as well!
My favorite is probably the sad Tifa theme when you go back to sector 7 after the plate fall
That sonic remix sounded like it would fit perfectly in a casino stage. That's the vibe I'm getting.
Midnight Rendezvous is the only song I feel like is missing from this list. Musically it's not that complex but holy crap there's something so magical about it.
The representation of how the JENOVA theme transitions to the classic tune was on point XD that was definitely all of our reactions to that moment hahahaha
Square hire this guy for remake part 2 already!!! He gets what makes music the center piece of the final fantasy franchise and what makes the music so special for its fans.
Oh my God. That Jenovah drop made the hairs on the back of my neck and forearms stand up then I got a tingling rush of euphoria spread throughout my body leading to tearing up. This is are childhood made whole again to us. YES.
There's not a single song that I would skip on this OST! It's beyond amazing!
That moment when Tifa interrupts Sephiroth when he has Cloud and Aerith stuck in a spell against the floor: "My name is Tifa Lockheart. You killed my father. Prepare to die"
Gosh, I hope that line keeps living on forever
Thanks for spoiling, very cool duch
Jobanjo and Arsooie Don’t watch a video with spoilers then genius
@@Operation_Bagel its about music stupid
Lune And it shows the final boss visuals while the final boss theme plays. Also the original game is over 20 years old if you haven’t played it yet and don’t want to be spoiled don’t watch videos about it’s remake then maybe
I love your content bro. I finished FF7R and I find myself humming the songs while washing dishes haha. Now I’m playing Persona 5 Royale and the music is as awesome. Despite the current situation, it’s a great time to be a gamer - these games are art.
Excellent breakdown of many great tracks. I'm a little disappointed Rufus Shinra's battle theme didn't make the cut but that just shows how many great tracks the game has.
I'm glad you brought up the references in One Winged Angel, I love those so much for what they do to the player's mind. When you hear that snippet of Those Who Fight it almost convinces you you have a chance to win the fight. This isn't the original game, you can do it, this is triumph. And then the choir comes back in with the full force *Veni veni venias ne me mori facias* like the game is laughing at you for forgetting who you're fighting. It's wonderful.
And I hope that Metal Gear Rising video will still get made, even if it came second in the poll. I think people have forgotten just how good that game's music was.
Yessss! Rufus Shinra's theme is one of my top 5, I'm surprised others haven't mentioned it as much. As a kid, I used to find the Shinra theme boring but I love the way they brought it into his boss track and kept it fresh.
Completely forgot about Rufus's Shinra theme, that one was GOLD. There really are so many brilliant tracks in this game. Another Top - 10 list is warranted haha.
Dude, symphonic metal has never NOT been cool, but the remake totally turns it up to 11
Symphonic metal is hands down my favorite genre, full stop.
if FF7 Advent Children One Winged Angel isnt cool, i dont know what is to you.
In my opinion the collapsed expressway fight theme was a shocking song that deserved a spot on this list
I'm glad you chose one winged angel as #1. I've been listening to it on repeat almost daily since I finished the game. What a perfect extension of a song that was already one of the coolest most evil sounding villain songs ever.
15:46 -
LOL Alex, seriously amazing video here. I love how much work you put into everything. Camera setup, screen recording, recompising your take, voice over, etc. It's a lot, I know, but it shows!
I've found myself listening to the Crab Warden's battle theme constantly lately. I love that version of Those Who Fight.
15:00 I beg you to consider doing this remix, that guitar made an already terrifying song something out of a nightmare, and I'm afraid that I'm in love
"I absolutely love FFXIII"
RESPECT +12000
For real, that game’s story is criminally underrated, and only because of its linearity.
you mean +13000 ;) but yea, the game is sadly very underrated
Same same. Its just a good trilogy hands down. Sure it has flaws! BUT WICH GAME HAS NOT??
And that they still went with it and made it better with sequels shows that they did care.
I just want a remaster/remake
It was my first FF game, so I just wanted to have a good experience, and I was not disappointed.
I couldn't care less if it was streamlined in contrast with the previous entries.
As long as you enjoy the game, it's all good. It doesnt matter what others think.
Man, chills me that you mentioned this music 08:56. I thought about recording a video just to talk about how perfectly placed this composition was in that exact moment, because I thought none in youtube would ever honor it. I thank you for you did. Indeed, I place Avalanche Theme as my the second best score in this game, just after The Valkyrie (which I can't believe you didn't mention lol)
I noticed that Japanese composers aren't afraid of adding in an extra note whether dissonant in a mostly major key track and/or vice versa to give that extra umpth and complexity that just sounds so uniquely emotional and Japanese!
no shit the FF7R ost has to be one of the best ever created 😭♥️
You know this channel deserves more subscribers when he mentions HIP HOP DE CHOCOBO.
00:24 - An Unforgettable Night.
01:12 - Hell House.
02:54 - A Solemn Sunset.
04:39 - Tifa's Theme (jukebox).
05:24 - Smash 'Em, Rip 'Em.
06:58 - J-E-N-O-V-A Quickening.
08:56 - Collapsed Sector 7 Plate.
11:38 - Ignition Flame.
13:16 - The Airbuster (Those who Fight Further).
14:27 - One-Winged Angel - Rebirth.
That edit for phase 3 Jenova quickeninnng was AMAZING, I laughed pretty hard. Regardless fantastic video and totally the content I wanted. cheers
We NEED second part of this top, there are still so many amazing tracks. And thank you for your professional analysis, Alex! It's always very interesting to know what interesting moves make great music that you like on an instinctive level (Sorry for my English, i'm not a native speaker)
These videos deserve more views!
I started with your Persona videos and then this and I’m constantly amazed by the level of insight and research you put into these videos, not only do you exactly break down what makes these soundtracks so amazing, something i struggle to put into words having no background in music, but you also specify what they call back to and provide good references which deepen my appreciation for games and the composers in a way i’ve never felt before.
Please keep up the good work, this channel is something special :)
Soundtrack is amazing, would love a part 2! I’m in love with “Waiting to Be Found” (scene at Train Graveyard), “A Broken World” & that Shinra HQ lobby song right when you walk in. So dreamlike, it gives me goosebumps every time.
Collapsed Expressway battle theme. AMAZING
Dude, the Riff you played on the Guitar to one winged ange give me goose bumps all over. Love it
amazing as always. i would really love to see a part 2 to this cuz man, just about every track here is a banger!
Things not mentioned that i like:
-The Valkyrie
-Stand Up
-Hollow (both versions)
-Home Away From Home
-Ghoul
-Turks Battle Theme
-Bandits (not sure what it's called, but it's the banger one! you know which one!)
-That badass Tekken music that plays when you're selecting a battle in the Colosseum
-lil Stamp (yes, i like it!!)
-Underneath The Rotting Pizza
-Promised Land (Cycle of Souls)
....... just to name a few!
Thank you so much Alex for this : ) keep it up : D
Bandits = Due Recompense! Beep, bop buuuuuuu....easily one of my favs
@@colin8150 that's the one! thank you!! : D
Finally, Ignition Flame getting the love it deserves!
Easily one of my favorite tracks in the game.
My hype levels throughout this video broke the damage limit, my god this soundtrack is gonna go down as legendary! At least in my book for sure. Loved your choices Alex!
By the way your meme game is on point lol
One of my favourites is an untitled haunting version of Tifa’s theme when you return to sector 7 after the plate drops. It so good!!
Oh my god I want One-Winged-Angel guitar cover
As someone who doesn't really know a thing about music, I absolutely love listening to you talk about it. Thank you for sharing your insight, it's so interesting to me! ❤
There's so many good pieces in the FF7R OST I don't know if I could pick a top 10!😆
"they put insaneintherain in final fantasy 7 remake"
You damn right.
Alex, as always, you knocked it out of the park. I appreciate the overall level of work that goes into your videos. It makes you stand out from other content creators. Whereas others would just list the tracks and give a sample, you spend so much time dissecting the music and you have such an amazing perspective. THANK YOU!
(Also, as a life-long fan of Uematsu's work, your juxtaposition of J-E-N-O-V-A over The Extreme brought the biggest smile to my face.)
Great video as always. I love your fascination with the music you're analyzing, it speaks to me on a personal level. And many of the nods and references you're pointing out, I would normally overhear, so thank you!
So sad to see Tifa's Mourning song not on the official soundtrack. (Not sure what it's really called, but it plays when the squad is seeing the damage to Sector 7 firsthand, before finding Wedge's cat.) It's already so hauntingly beautiful, so tragic, so emotionally tearing, I thought it the best track of the score; when someone pointed out it's a downtempo version of Tifa's theme (which I didn't pick up on!), it elevated the track to a whole new level.
The Valkyrie's theme is also an absolute smash! Even with the 2-note stinger repeating during the first phase, a simple thematic element carries the entire tune.
Finally, the Ghost boss theme is also noteworthy for hearkening the first two bars of FFX's Hymn of the Fayth; another callback which is absolutely fitting, but not heard on first pass!
The sad version of tifas theme is "Home is Where the heart is", I bought the ost for it and was gutted its not on it haha
I like the cello in the variation that plays in chapter 3. That vibrato is so sweet and soulful. I'm gonna go listen to it again.
I'm a huge Final Fantasy and soundtrack fan in general. Love hans Zimmer and been to three of his concerts.
The FF7R soundtrack is incredible. I listen to it almost every day.
One of my favourites is (besides Jessie's theme, critical shot, waiting to be found, the look on her face, alternate we'll meet again and jenova of course) the alternate version of fight for survival. I get chills everytime the Turks theme kicks in.
I love how you break down both the mechanics of the music and the emotional impact of reconstructing the melodies.
Holy crap this channel is amazing pls never stop making content like this i love how you analyze and break down different tracks!!!
I also love Hollow, like that legit belongs on the radio
Also, I know I've mentioned it before but...if you could do an analysis/reaction to Daredevil from Ace Combat...yeah. I think you'd love it!
Ace Combat will come eventually, whenever I put it in polls it loses big time 🤔
As for hollow, I'm a fan of the instrumental version that plays in game! Vocal version not too much
@@AlexMoukalaMusic
Thanks man! Appreciate your work, seriously
(I don't think AC is ever going to win in a poll, it is a niche series...but the music is always stellar)
@@TheSenCost But when history witnesses a great change, Razgriz reveals itself. So have faith.
Funny you say that. Valkyrie's theme (Heligunner/Hundred Gunner elevator boss) should sound very very familiar. There were many guest composers in Remake's soundtrack and The Valkyrie was composed by Namco's own Keiki Kobayashi - no small wonder it sounds like an Ace Combat track.
@@arcerias4434 Oh yeah, now that you mention it I can totally hear it, had no idea
Respect on you liking FF XIII, that game also has some amazing music in it as well! Probably my favourite set of music in the franchise.
Also, please review Slave Knight Gael or even do a first impressions video on it, you'll love it.
Your sonic reimagination of tifa's theme 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯😭😭😭
Your analysis of the music in this game opened my eyes to how deliberate everything is from the details to the music every single element has a purpose to the story. Jenovas track for dream weaver is now my ring tone but I also realized it is the melody that gets stuck in my head like spent all night at a rave. Now I think my phones ringing when it's just the melody humming in the background of my life.
Its truly incredible I love seeing you break down these sounds in ways I can understand thank you.
Insane how "ghoul" is having zero recognition in top 10's? it's a masterpiece
Love the video pal!
Its a good piece of music. But a little limited to be fair compared to some of the others
Oh yeah, this soundtrack is definitely legendary. I still can’t believe we got unique tracks for most bosses, and they’re all mind-blowingly awesome too! But my favourite HAS to be the Airbuster, never has progressive rock hit so hard for me. Really good list, I enjoyed the variety of tracks, keep up the amazing work!
I have been WAITING for this day omg! You really outdid yourself by having this list be so compact yet so detailed! Good stuff! Cheers, Alex!!
Your videos always full of enthusiasm and knowledgeable expertise!
Infinity's end is so uplifting and epic(It Plays during boss fights like Unknown Entity and Swordipede). It's a song that is great if you are demotivated or you are depressed, it can change your day to the better!
swordipede fighting tifa and aerith mid fight was awsome
So Jenova Quickening video is still coming?! Super hype!!! Masashi Hamauzu is only credited for the One-Winged Angel because the Whispers theme's included. Nishiki did all of the arrangement for it as he stated. BTW jukebox Wutai theme is amazing, as are Scorpion Sentinel, Rufus Shinra & Fires of Resistence by Shotaro Shima. Purely amazing and yeah, Tadayoshi Makino's a mad lad with Airbuster and Jenova themes!!! He did some amazing chapter 17 music too! Most of it in fact!
@Chief Sy -Anime and Gaming- Actually, Yoshinori Nakamura is the one who did Midgar Expressway, but yeah, he killed that track! He did the Annex Diversion and Hurry battle themes for the remake. He did the OG version of Anxiety too. :D
@@PetarBladeStrok he actually already did it.
Your analysis for these tracks is absolutely amazing. I was mesmerized by details that you took notice and your enthusiasm. Thanks you for this.
I love your videos man, every time i watch them i learn new things about music and i love it! Keep up the good work and hope to see you soon on stream!
omg if you love FF13 then can you do a ranking on its soundtrack as well? I find FF13 soundtrack to be the best FF soundtracks ever, especially loving Caius Theme in FF13-2 T.T It feels like its on par with One Winged Angel
I agree, Caius' Theme just makes me want to pause the game when you fight him just so that I can hear the theme and hum along. :')
@@yaknowwhoitis606 especially when the violin kicks in like, damn bro...
The 13 trilogy is amazing ^_^
Especialy the music. The music just makes it better.
Sure it has flaws. But thats why i patiently wait for a remaster/remake eventualy
FFXIII trilogy and FFX have the best soundtracks ever
serah theme is a one of the beautiful theme in FF theme for me too
The new “Smash Em, Rip Em” song in remake is such a banger
EDIT: I just realized you used the same word choice. 100% agreed
amazing break down, you just helped making the already beautiful soundtrack even more valuable!
I can't get over how good your FF7 videos are, you point out so many details I'd never even consider, despite being a musician who's been obsessed with the soundtrack to FF7 since I was 14. Really looking forward to a (hopefully!) 17 minute long video about One Winged Angel. You rock Alex, thank you so much for making these!
6:08 Okay hold on sir we need the full version of this
Ignition Flame is such a good addition to the soundtrack, the song is just too good. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
You're as enthusiastic about the game (and music) as I am! Awesome list! ("Smash 'Em, Rip 'Em" is my new fave from the Remake, so was excited to see it included!)
Excellent video with great insight. Especially love the “Jenova Theme” part.
Don’t disagree with any of your picks, but it’s definitely missing the “Due Recompense” battle edit. That jont slaps hard
Agreed! They took one of the least popular songs in the original and made a masterpiece!
Hey, uh, what do just desserts taste like?
@@Yamamanama Like JUSTICE! Like PAYBACK!
Air buster was so good I almost passed out from breathing and chuckling with delight. That boss fight is one of the goats. I didn't like OWA as much only because I didn't feel like this first part earned the right to play it and have a fight with Sephiroth. They should have reserved it for later like Highwind and Wu-tai
Why? That tells you they've already got a different version in mind for other Sephiroth encounters, including the final one. That's a given. Besides, it's almost 30 years old and there have been many official and unofficial remixes and remakes of it before "Rebirth." If they put another this early in the remake, then it's to be expected that another version is to be used later.
Alex, man, I just wanted to say thanks for all the knowledge you provide in your work. You're a great professional and an inspiration.
I am very glad to have met you and your channel, thank you for your hard work and content. Subbed and faved and going through the list, stay safe Maestro
7:45 hahahah i almost died here man, that was hilarious
Hip Hop de Chocobo🌚
Fantastic video ! I really like the analysis of the music, by a musician. Thanks for it! Hope to see more videos about FF7R.
Awesome video! Wasn't expecting the Sonic FFVII mash-up midway, that was mind-blowing!
Can't disagree with One Winged Angel being #1, that song is a masterpiece in its own right.
My only disappointment with the list is that Jenova isn't #2 behind it?
Honestly, "The Airbuster" is a fair pick for second place. It's just so dynamic and... Cool...
Roche’s battle theme almost sounds like a Kingdom Hearts track, which is relevant considering it’s an original character from Nomura
Nomura designed all the characters in original FF7 though.
Jordan samuel: not all but most of them, sure. Your point still stands.
@@ItsSVO Except for Aerith. Her final design is more influenced by others.
Just found your channel and I love it man! Such good insight 👏🏾👏🏾
I love that you broke this down. I love seeing parallels in content. They worked really hard on this game, and it shows.
I'm actually a little surprised by a few of these tracks! I hadn't really thought of them the way you did and typically skipped over them, but you have me rethinking that! Hell House is pure genius. I feel like I'm in a death circus listening to it and well...not far off I guess!
Great video, I love your analyses on little touches that are super easy to miss. I also appreciate you going into a bit of what makes Hamauzu unique as a composer, since I love his work.
Just a couple minor clarifications on artists that you seemed to be a little unsure about in the video:
- The jukebox arrangement of Tifa's Theme is from the album "Square Enix Jazz -Final Fantasy VII-", like you mentioned, but the specific arranger is Ryu Kawamura. vgmdb.net/album/90334 (Great album by the way, along with the other two "Square Enix Jazz" albums the same team did!)
- The song "Ignition Flame" is indeed done by Naoyuki Honzawa, not sure why you put a question mark beside it like you did with the songs that weren't on the official OST release and thus don't have confirmed artists. vgmdb.net/album/97175
I really wanted to say thank you for making this video! It is as if you provided the words (in terms of composition and meaning) to the feelings I've had for FF7 and the remake, FF13 series, and other classical pieces. The pieces aren’t something with a single emotional expression, instead it conveys (at least to me) a more complex-level feelings. For example, instead of listening to a "The Look on Her Face" or "We'll meet again" (both FF7 Remake track) and defining it as simply sad, there is a sense of loss and hurt. Pain from losing someone and not being able to fully accept, or even finding it difficult to move on but willing. Like you stated, these pieces helped made those moments more human (relatable) because they speak to the complexities and basis of human beings. Maybe this signifies that one emotion (sadness, happiness, etc.) can stem from different or complex experiences; happiness stemming from a sense of peace or accomplishment. I am so sorry that this turned out quite long (I enjoy writing) so please forgive me.
My Top Tracks Are:
1) The Look on Her Face
2) We'll Meet Again (a song not on the soundtrack)
3) A Broken World
4) Waiting to be Found
5) A Solemn Sunset
6) Arbiter of Fate - Rebirth
I can't do anymore the entire soundtrack is amazing!
The thumbnail just makes me wish for a Final Fantasy x Persona crossover game.
We all know we need that collab!
Cloud and Joker in Smash is the closest thing we'll ever have for that :"D
Ah yes, a fellow 13 fan. Wonderful.
Same man. Very underrated game, sure one with flaws. But that didnt stop it from being good.
Every game has flaws.
I'd love to hear a full version of The Extreme/Jenova that sounded incredible. Also adding vocals to the roach song and sonic transformation was also genius. Amazing work!! It's genuinely cool seeing one of my favourite game soundtracks be manipulated and transformed like you are able to do!
The wrestling clip got me good XD
Great video, my favourite didn't make your list but I loved The Promised Land! Keep up the good work :)
No seriously, the best thing that came out of this game was Hip Hop de Chocobo.
yah wasn't sure if that ending note was meant as a joke, but that's real. I've got a proper system with subwoofer and when I heard that playing on the jukebox first, thought was funny and then overlooked it. Later when it came on during transition screen when taking the chocobo travel....O..M..G does it slam....was first time I was upset that my loading screen finished and was time to move on.
loved this video and your attention to detail!
Dude you kill it with these videos, keep it up!!
This video got yourself a new sub, I love the in-depth analysis of this sound track
I love the music in the background of the collapsed express way section. That track and the fight music for that bit fit so well together I just love everything about it.
