📢 Recipe (Ingredients)
30ml (2 tbsp) Lemon juice
30ml (2 tbsp) Water
40ml (3 tbsp) Cooking oil
5 Eggs
80g (10 tbsp) Cake flour
2ml (1/2 tsp) Lemon juice
65g (5 tbsp) Sugar
300g (1.3 cups) Heavy cream
150g Mascarpone cheese
65g (5 tbsp) Sugar
15g (1 tbsp) Lemon juice
* cake pan size 20cm
* 150°C (3040°F) bake for 50 minutes

以你這份量，蛋糕及cream的檸檬味是很淡的❗ 最後組裝時蛋糕可掃上少糖檸檬汁或酒⋯⋯Cream 打到最少＞50% （初始有紋路不消失）才跟已攪開的mascarpone 混合才對，因有些mascarpone經不起長攪打會化，也會使cream還沒打已升溫而更拖長時間，片中你的也開始起粒狀不夠絲滑了❗
