Right in point. I have saturn in sixth house, am working since the age of 6 and have strict routine and has dealt with court cases, enemies, bad relationships and bad health. I was sort of workaholic too. I work 24 hours. Since I turn 46 my work load vanished, mu body is not in good shape. Due to too much work, my knees are having problem, gone through thyroid problems also and I have lot of worse cold in my life. Now I think I payed my karma. But my health is deteriorated. I never misuse drugs or had any sort of addiction, eat and sleep and always took care of myself. But now my body is not up to mark. Well I hope this is my last incarnation. Life is tough. I can handle anything. I don't panic even in worse case scenarios and people are surprised when I keep my calm.
Why did you work so much you do have choices you know. Without health you have no life.

I think it is very self explanatory if I tell I listened to this video on a treadmill. I am in creative sector but totally obsessed about my deadlines (never missed one). I am always giving 110% of myself in my job. I am strict with my diet regime. I love to help people too, for me kindness is the key that opens the toughest doors. And honestly to tell you, I love my Saturn in the 6th house. Wouldn't change it for any other placement 🙏🎉

I have Saturn retrograde in 6th house in Rahu. I have a 23 year old son who is intellectually disabled and has the functional skills of 3 year old, so like a 6 foot 3 toddler. I basically have to feed, shower and care for him for ever. Geez, this makes sense…I must’ve been a real asshole in my past life, but I love him to death 💕

What about a Saturn retrograde in the 6th? I have it in Aries and I have a chronic illness immune issues with MS. An I took care of my mother with Alzheimer’s for 15 years. Ugh!
You need to go a genuine healer. Homeopath/osteopath. Change your diet/lifestyle completely. Intermittent fasting.. I'd also take a break from minding your mother. It shouldn't be your responsibility. Where are your siblings/family others???? You need to nurture and nourish yourself. These eclipses with the Taurus/Scorpio axis will remove or end these cycles.
