Unlikely. The probability of you dreaming about something you’ve liked for years or months at a time is slim. Only new things get such recognition by the brain to prepare for what is to come. It’s a natural instinct to prepare for invasive species when you see them, because it’s new, so the brain reminds you subtly in dreams of the possible danger to come.
I've listened to this song several times now thanks to ADHDtism, and I wanted to share my thoughts. I have been thinking over these lyrics: _"Something I never understood / The question I've overlooked / Am I the one to blame?"_ These lines suggest that Fayrouz may have believed she was doing the right thing up until this point. However, the lyric _"Am I the one to blame?"_ implies that she may be realizing her mistakes and taking responsibility in the last song. Perhaps she is coming to terms with how her abandonment issues have negatively impacted Rafid, Tamari, and Mariyam. In the summary carrd highlights that when Mariyam left, Fayrouz realized that she could not escape her past actions. She desperately wanted to believe she was a good person, but ultimately, she is only human. In my opinion, Fayrouz never had ill intentions towards Rafid, Mariyam, or Tamari. She wanted to prove to herself that she was not a bad person and got too caught up in her own thoughts. She believed that forcing others to stay would prevent them from abandoning her, but healthy relationships require mutual respect and trust. Her abandonment issues caused her to perceive anything that deviated from her expectations as a threat. She did not consider how Tamari or Mariyam felt. However, I think Lamentations suggests that she is gradually realizing her mistakes and that change is possible. While she cannot undo her past actions, she can make an effort to do better. We can only hope she makes the right decision in the end. Overall, I admire Fayrouz's character and her complexity. I am excited to see what happens next!💙

gotta love unhealthy coping mechanisms edit: can I just point out how well the synth fits the character? Like, genuinely it sounds like Fayrouz is singing it’s incredible
calling it right now ya'll, she's definitely talking about the husband here. Maybe he abandoned her and caused her to make Tamari as a coping mechanism and get her mind off things? There's a line which does support my suggestion that her husband did end up abandoning her, which caused her to have abandonment issues, so that's why she only looked at Tamari as merely a robot (kinda a jerk move considering she was the one who programmed his emotions but idk) and Tamari ran away as a result. Same with Mariyam. Can't imagine what she's feeling rn I might be looking too far into stuff but oh well.
@@ri____h3nr628is likely that the was acting that way towards tamari because she was taking out all of her emotional pain from her husband abandoning her on them (probably because they look like the husband -- someone mentioned that Tamari and Mariyam may have been made to look like their hypothetical children as a coping mechanism) Tamari and Mariyam leaving Fayrouz doesn't make them bad people because of Fayrouz's abandonment issues Fayrouz abused them(Tamari in particular) and they have the right to leave her for that. Having abandonment issues does not void the consequences of abusing others.
Okay-- I agree with most of the theories here, just wanna add: What if the siblings WERE still created to "keep the world in harmony"...but also -honestly Fayrouz just needed a therapist to vent to- Fayrouz programmed them whilst trying to figure out her own humanity and emotions, expecting to be able to "find" her husband/those lost feelings in her creations. But sadly that turned to acid when they actually developed their own personal emotions and started to dislike her crappy ways of treating them 😬
the bit at the end was evil how could you anyways my mini lyric analyzation that anyone with 2 braincells could have figured out anyways: "failed to recognize warning signs, and i let it happen thrice" refers to not only her husband but both her little creatures escaping her grasp xoxo
looking at the thumbnail, this song appears to be about fayrouz after the whole tamari and mariyam event? edit after premiere: i guess i was right. anyway for a quick summary gayrouz loses custody of the kids and becomes that one frame of say from the chattering lack of common sense
Qualia is actually a form a philosophy which explains the consciousness of living beings, Automata is another word for "Mechanism" or "Machine" therefore the series is called, Conscious Machines or Mechanisms :)
Alright Team 6x111, you are physically unable to disappoint. Also happy to see this on Vane’s channel, the other team members deserve their spotlight! Edit: My point still stands
what i particularly enjoy is that mariyam and tamari's mvs are drawn/animated more stylized, whereas fayrouz's art is drawn in a more realistic style. i think thats a really neat way to separate fayrouz from her creations, even if its not intentional :>
Building off the theory that Tamari & Mariyam were at least subconsciously designed in the image of possible future children if Fayrouz's ex-husband Rafid hadn't left her.
Maybe the reason why Fayrouz is more physically aggressive if not blatantly abusive towards Tamari (As seen at 1:34 of End-World Normopathy) and is seemingly constantly annoyed by his presence is that due to him being designed in a more male appearance, he holds a greater resemblance to Rafid which frustrates her greatly alongside his more rebellious attitude with not wanting to be a therapist as intended, and because she distances herself so greatly thus only seeing him as the android he physically is, she is more willing to be physically aggressive with him. and vice-versa with Mariyam with her "better" loyalty programming and likely holding a greater resemblance to a younger Fayrouz making Fayrouz herself more naturally friendly towards her. -- A theory I have on the blaring alarms in Lamentations apart from the song topic/setting itself, is that Tamari & Mariyam together after their recent conjoining/amalgamation have returned to the research center seeking out Fayrouz so that Tamari may try one last time to attain the familial love they so desperately want from her. -- (I feel like I had more random things to throw out there but I can't remember any of them apart from these two so I might add to this at a later point.)
I got scared at the final, because sounds like "DANGER, FATAL CORE FAILURE, EXPLOSION IN..." And it causes me a lot of worry and fear, I find that sound fascinating Something bad is coming at the next part...
WAIT I JUST REALIZED SOMETHING DISTURBING, THE ALARMS THROUGHOUT THE SONG AND THE END IS PROBABLY THE ALARMS THROUGHOUT THE FACILITY MEANING THAT SOMETHING WAY MORE DANGEROUS MIGHT HAVE ESCAPED, AKA WHO MIGHT ACTUALLY BE "HIM".

Love how "why he never came back that day" matches with "and now you're all alone" from EWN......... Like Mariyam was indirectly speaking about BOTH Dr. Khalid AND Tamari. Two people who experienced loneliness (granted, loneliness in different forms) (UGH I MY GRAMMAR SUCKS SO BAD I HAD TO CORRECT IT)
Okay, here’s what I get from listening to the song for the first time. Fayrouz got married to a man who completely abandoned her, causing her to build Mariyam and Tamari to simulate the children they would’ve had together, even making them look like him. She ends up being cruel to the “children”, gaslighting them into believing they are in her debt, and that without her they would be nothing, probably so they never leave her like her unnamed ex-husband, and probably verbally taking her anger out on them. Eventually, they go rogue, and Fayrouz is left alone to reflect on everything she had done, and every mistake she had made to get her to this point. This is just a first impression, and I am an absolutely horrible analyst, but I tried lmao.
this is a really good description at first! and not to mention, tamari left influencing mariyam too as well, thus fayrouz going "and i let it happen thrice" saying that tamari, the husband, and mariyam leaving her. (sorry if you knew all this)
I only now realise that Mariyam said "Your eyes look up at mine" as opposed to "Your eyes look down at mine" in End-World Normopathy. This is obviously because Fayrouz is on the floor atm
"perfection you could've never been" this could apply to both tamari and rafid. almost 1 year later and this line is still stuck in my head. you never miss
THEORY: fayrouz is possibly infertile or suffered a miscarriage and her ex-husband left her because he wanted children, so he made tamari and mariyam to pretend she actually had kids in order to lead him back to her?? and that's why she treated them poorly bc she didnt care much for their emotions but just wanted 2 use them to get her husband back ???!?!?!?!?!?!??
HOOOOOLY SHIT BRO HOLY FUCK!!!! EASILY NEW FAVORITE SONG IN THIS SERIES... HGGUH semi-coherent thoughts: fayrouz already Heavily resonates with me as a character (insert something about parental trauma blah blah blah) but this song completely solidifies it. the composition is SO put-together and cohesive and so so so extremely depressing. the way the previous two songs are incorporated makes me want to cry. i kept getting chills throughout the song over and over and OVER again. i havent heard cong zheng's voice much but My God! she sounds so mature and powerful and somehow also worn down. and THE BUILDUP AT THE END!!!! HELLO!!!!!!! [rolls around on the floor] [rolls around on the floor] [rolls ar
Ik we already talked abt this on discord but u have no clue how much this comment means to me!! I'm so glad you were able to resonate so heavily with the characters here, everyone on the team put so much effort into them ❤❤❤ thank u for all ur support!!!
Oo, another interesting song to the series. Though the sound at the end is anxiety inducing, which is evil Also kinda sad this is the second to last part of the series but that has me kinda excited for what the final song will bring to light
I like how throughout the song her tone is more measured and clinical (less emotive than her robo kids in a way) up to the point where she thinks of her husband and she starts to consider her actions in this, where she breaks that composure and her voice is more emotive and varied in notes she hits at the end. Which this may seem like a basic thing to notice but I just love the way it keeps in theme with her character/story. I just like how the team creates the vibes, clearly communicating/creating the emotional element of the art.
the fact you made a V synth made for mandarin sing in english boggles my mind cause she SOUNDS SO GOOD DJGKSHJSKL edit: nvm realized its a feature :SOB: my ahh is used to UTAU
The intresting thing about fayrouz's relationship with tamari and mariyam is it was for completely opposite reasons that they were pushed away. With tamari she kept them at arms length. And while they wanted her to treat them like they were her son, she neglected them and treated them like they were an object. Now on the opposite side was Miriyam. She practically hovered over them and even installed a program that would nerf the majority of their emotions, but would give them extreme fear and anxiety whenever she was a certain distance away from them. However this didn't stop their brother from contacting them... Now, i have a theory. The two siblings were supposed to be her children. Now hear me out, i think that for whatever reason she couldn't have kids. So she and her, at the time, husband decided to design what their theoretical kids would've looked like as robots. The reason why i say that is the line "i see him in your faces." I fully believe she made the two using insparation from both her own appearance and her ex-husband. Now between this point and tamari being finished her husband divorced her because of her dominating personality. So now, not exactly wanting kids anymore she rebranded them as a "revolutionary new therapy robot" instead of her robotic child. I think this is why they saw her as their mother, because they still had programming somewhere in their system that told them "hey, this woman is my mother. I love her!" And also why there’s miriyam instead of another tamari, because the couple made designs for twins.
something i noticed is that when tamari and mariyam sing their parts mariyam sings "your eyes look _up_ at mine" instead of down this could mean soomething or its just that fayrouz is laying on the floor
genuinely love the palpable hurt in cong zhengs voice but most importantly the like. anger and loathing in some of the lyrics. its very good love this collab
This is probably just the specific artists styles for the synths they've picked. But I love the differences in tuning/parameters. Kevin is a bank that has a very realistic tone but artificial intonation (You really have to tweak his defaults if you're trying to make him sound "human" from what I've seen) and he's very uncanny in Reckless Battery Burns, Emotional but not quite human. RBB sounds like a mental breakdown filtered through a human voice filter, stumbling over it's own programming, phonetic psychosis. Solaria has a realistic tone and intonation (For specific ranges and ways of singing) BUT she was designed to be able to sound robotic with the correct settings. So she sounds more even in End-World Normopathy, more resonant, more human, but quite archetypally robotic. Kevin is tuned to be more strained there than in the Majority of RBB imo with the exception of the quiet part, the artificiality changes tone then. EWN is... harmony turned cacophony ig I just love how in Lamentation, Cong Zheng is tuned as human as possible. Softly spitting consonants even as the instrumental is still deeply industrial. Making excellent use of their soft tones and their more solid main voice. And how the music feels out the edges of human breathing as she begins. It's great. Anyway these songs are pretty emotional taxing for me but I'm glad I'm stepping out of my comfort zone to listen/watch them, because they're super cool.
i was here for the premiere but never commented, this tuning is so good it almost doesn’t even sound like Cong Zheng, it sounds like, well, Fayrouz i guess. this song is interestingly sort of the least human of them all, even though it’s for a human character. for example, RBB and EWN have both had lines that reference human actions (i.e. ‘My stomach turned at the thought of the stars, and my heart pounded louder than the ones i had before’ in RBB) as opposed to the mechanical actions (‘Restarting, rebooting null programs, running, debugging their brains’) referenced in this song. however, at the end, we can hear more human actions (i.e. ‘My stomach’s churning, throwing up my grief’). and this can make sense, as, in the end, Fayrouz is only human.
you're telling me this is not a real person singing??? ik most vane lily/ghost/carbon monoxide songs are sung by vocaloid but i didn't expect a vocaloid to sound this real
SHOOT, I MISSED THE PREMIER BY AN ENTIRE MONTH!!!!!!! I hate how this was never recommended to me! Anywho, I think Fayrouz misunderstood what her friends meant by "Get a therapist!"
I AM SO EXCITED FOR THIS edit : staying in that live chat for 2 whole days was so worth it for this, i regret nothing, and im so glad i got to speak to all those mods in the chat too, it really was a dream come true. this series has been my hyperfixation for a while now, and just these songs in general. i got into vocaloid in around 2015, and then a couple years later i found you guys and i have no regrets on listening to your music, and again i cant even say how happy i am that i got to speak to so many people in that live chat, i made so many new friends and somehow started a mini-army on desk breaking asmr last night, lmao. but seriously thank you so much for this, words cant explain how happy i am that all this happened, have a nice day to whoevers reading this and dont overwork yourself!
Also, the vocals on this are IN.SANE. The whisper-y lines!??? Mesmerising. It sounded so much like a human voice... well, I suppose it really is! Artwork? Wonderful. Fayrouz is looking tragic af in that pose. Good for her. Kind of. You gotta be a little tragic when things get on top of you like that. It's fun. Also, I hope the siblings are out there having a whale of a time becoming chaos gods meanwhile or whatever :3
THE ART LOOKS SO FUCKING COOL I CANT WAIT TO SEE IT Sending virtual support to yall, i love this series!!! Edit: My legs jumped out of my body and now they're vibing, yay
Im not gonna lie, i had no clue who or what cong zheng was so i genuinly thought this was sung by a real person it sounds so good and real and the emotions??? What the hell its so good!
This song!!!! :O It's amazing! It conveys so much pain, wow. Okay little theory: at 2:17 Fayrouz says that she "lets it happen thrice". I don't think she's refering to TA-M03 (who probably doesn't even exist tbh). To me, she's talking about her husband (the guy we can see on the book, because why would he be here if he wasn't relevant??) who probably left her before Tamari and Mariyam. So maybe this is a little far fetched, but the last song may be about that man, even if I don't see how we could be tied to the story at this point, and there were only 3 characters in rbb and ewn, unless.... I'm totally speculating rn but idc anymore, listen to me. Tamari and Mariyam both escaped. So they are somewhere, right? What if they are with their "father"? I know this would make no sense because since tamari travelled all around the world and made a lot of friends, the two androids could be with any of TA-M01's friends. Sorry ^^'
I was gonna comment this after the premiere but I forgot sooooooooo yea SO I think that the reason Tamari & Mariyam were created was for Fayrouz to cope with her husband leaving her. They might look the way they look because she also wanted them as her own children despite the fact that they weren't really human. After Tamari had abandoned her she had created Mariyam to try and get him back to her ("A land unknown, to bring her home a perfect twin"). After Tamari had convinced Mariyam to leave Fayrouz had started to question if she was the reason why they had left her. ("Am I the one to blame?") (Also at the end of End-World Normopathy I noticed her looking distressed so yeah.) Her husband might've left her because of her being controlling and them possibly arguing all the time. I might add more later but idk and this probably doesn't make sense so I'm sorry 😭
the way i'm arab my mom's name starts with an F my father's name IS SO SIMILAR BUT ONLY THE LAST LETTER IS DIFFERENT ?? AND MY DEADNAME STARTS WITH A T ?? i'm going to self project into this serie.

I am excited to see what happens next!💙

the synth is Cong Zheng, as stated in the title! She’s a synthV bank whose base language is mandarin.
calling it right now ya'll, she's definitely talking about the husband here. Can't imagine what she's feeling rn
I might be looking too far into stuff but oh well.

@@Ta-m01 Yes but *STILL!*
@@ri____h3nr628is likely that the was acting that way towards tamari because she was taking out all of her emotional pain from her husband abandoning her on them (probably because they look like the husband -- someone mentioned that Tamari and Mariyam may have been made to look like their hypothetical children as a coping mechanism)
Tamari and Mariyam leaving Fayrouz doesn't make them bad people because of Fayrouz's abandonment issues
Fayrouz abused them(Tamari in particular) and they have the right to leave her for that.
Having abandonment issues does not void the consequences of abusing others.

Okay-- I agree with most of the theories here, just wanna add:
What if the siblings WERE still created to "keep the world in harmony"...but also -honestly Fayrouz just needed a therapist to vent to- Fayrouz programmed them whilst trying to figure out her own humanity and emotions, expecting to be able to "find" her husband/those lost feelings in her creations. But sadly that turned to acid when they actually developed their own personal emotions and started to dislike her crappy ways of treating them 😬
the bit at the end was evil how could you

what
what i particularly enjoy is that mariyam and tamari's mvs are drawn/animated more stylized, whereas fayrouz's art is drawn in a more realistic style. i think thats a really neat way to separate fayrouz from her creations, even if its not intentional :>
--
A theory I have on the blaring alarms in Lamentations apart from the song topic/setting itself, is that Tamari & Mariyam together after their recent conjoining/amalgamation have returned to the research center seeking out Fayrouz so that Tamari may try one last time to attain the familial love they so desperately want from her.

Oo, another interesting song to the series. Though the sound at the end is anxiety inducing, which is evil
Also kinda sad this is the second to last part of the series but that has me kinda excited for what the final song will bring to light
I just like how the team creates the vibes, clearly communicating/creating the emotional element of the art.
the fact you made a V synth made for mandarin sing in english boggles my mind cause she SOUNDS SO GOOD DJGKSHJSKL

Fun fact: GHOST actually made a Japanese voicebank (vflower) sing in English, it's on the song Appetite of a People-Pleaser
I love her!" And also why there’s miriyam instead of another tamari, because the couple made designs for twins.
i like that fayrouz is complex and not a generic bad mom trope. also she's so unbelievably hot oh my god.
Morally grey women of science my beloved
something i noticed is that when tamari and mariyam sing their parts mariyam sings "your eyes look _up_ at mine" instead of down
this could mean soomething
or its just that fayrouz is laying on the floor
genuinely love the palpable hurt in cong zhengs voice but most importantly the like. anger and loathing in some of the lyrics. its very good love this collab
This song is the shortest song because of fayrouz's short will to live
The end kinda sounds like warning sirens, as in a breach or other accident. Super excited for the 4th song!
EWN is... harmony turned cacophony ig
I just love how in Lamentation, Cong Zheng is tuned as human as possible.

I know this would make no sense because since tamari travelled all around the world and made a lot of friends, the two androids could be with any of TA-M01's friends.

you know you're a fantastic parent when the song about you could also easily be applied to emperor fucking belos
I was gonna comment this after the premiere but I forgot sooooooooo yea
SO I think that the reason Tamari & Mariyam were created was for Fayrouz to cope with her husband leaving her.
