"Alice Schach and the Magic Orchestra" is a musical group in Japan, consisting of two members, Nene Akagawa and Yuni Minami.
Our song features characters such as "Alice Schach" and we express various stories using our own language called "Alician".
One of the main features of the group is that it is self-produced, with the members themselves taking charge of a wide range of aspects such as songwriting, arrangement, performance, video, and design, while inviting illustrators, animators, and sound engineers for each song.

I think whats happening is that this is the main character Alishka’s backstory
He appears to have entered into a cult, a cult that sacrifices a person to become their queen “Beelzebub”. Alishka is the next beelzebub. When he become the beelzebub, he poisons herself beforehand, so when the cult members eat him, they died because of the poison. I think Alice, the mascot/ main character of the band, finds him dead with the members at the end of the video.
Now into the mega theory of this band:
In the MV for Fushigi Chan, we can see seven people, along with the lyrics of "throwing dice to the universe, again and again until it rolls a seven". Also, in the new game MV, we can see 6 different colored organs. The yellow hand is Salatoga, (the person in Fushigi Chan; they get mad at a picture of the yellow hand towards the end of the MV), the finished product is Alice (In New Game, the final product of all 6 organs look like her). Alishka is the white mouth, because he has white hair along with flies being know for gluttony.
I dont know the whole story of this band, but I think that these different character mvs are showcasing their backstory and how they meet Alice (Fushigi Chan tells a bit about their background and focuses mostly on their not great relationship with Alice, this one appears to just focus on backstory with an implication of their meeting at the end). There are 4 more members, we know that one of them is Heor (check out the new character video), who is most likely the purple organ.
It should be added that in the song Children of the Ashes, it's about forgetting this world and going to a new world, so I think these seven kids are trying to make a new world because the old one abandoned them. That's why the songs are in Alician, its their language. I also think the organs each represent a member who helps keep this world alive or to create it. I think Alice is the one who made this world, hence why she is the main body, she's in control. These mvs are showcasing Alice trying to find the kids, along with the seven kids’ backstories in the old world. Alice is looking to save the support for the world she wants to create.
Another thing is that these kids appear to reincarnate after dying. In the song Kill my Fortune, it talks about a judge letting a person being reincarnated due to having a great deal of regret in life. In exchange, the judge takes a part of their soul. This is also seen in New Game and Hypnotized, as Alice sings about having a great deal of pain and wanting to "reset" and starting a new game. This will probably happen to all seven children. I think the new world is the kids way to escape this cycle of reincarnation, assuming this happens multiple times.
Finally a small detail that I noticed is Salatoga and Alice's relationship, because I think it's a big deal in the series. I noticed in Fushigi Chain that the first lyric is "Worship him! The antinomic creator of all things
" antinomic means against one law or principle, so I think Salatoga is against all this? Also Urxbxrxs, there are lyrics that say "No matter how much I run, you keep chasing me, unnaturally hiding your face
Hey, who are you to strangle me?" This reminds me of Salatoga, because of the mask and use of hands. But im not 100% sure about all this, please take this with a grain of salt until I get more evidence.
Apologizes for having this be way too long or confusing, I just found this lore interesting and confusing. Not the best theory, but I am not the best at theorizing, so ill add more details whenever someone points them out or I find it myself. I recommend checking out some other theories or exploring the lore by yourself, its very interesting.

At first I thought that Alishka poisoned herself before the ritual. (According to 0:30 and 3:05) As a result, the cult members are dead because of poisoned parts of her body that they ate. At 3:35 it seems like they suffer from poisoning/intoxication. 🤔

Personally though, I can’t see him as 100% dead because she seems important to the lore, i cant see him being dead in his first appearance. Maybe he gets reborn? Another song hypnotized talks about rebirth, so its a possibility (plus Alice dies in New Game, so theres that as well)

3:20 one of my favorite part is the timing of red blood drops to the music. The instrument sound like the xylophone or chimes (don’t know which), making that part feel light to make the heavier sound after it feel bigger. It what I felt when listening.

Listening to the songs makes me feel like I'm in very old western myths which contain creepy forests, demons, bad endings, and monsters ect.

i feel kind of inspired now too - i always wanted to make music, and i wanted there to be lyrics, but i didn't want them to be in any of the languages i know, and ive also tried making conlangs before and think it's fun, so it's the perfect combination

My thoughts on the video:
It's quite interesting how both Queen Fly and Fushigi-Chan feature some culty lyrics (and the former outright showing a cult). This is clearly fuel for speculation, though I can't draw any conclusion from it right now.
Alishka most likely drank the poison off-screen, before exiting his cell.
The imagery from 1:40 to 1:59 is most likely not real, but a representation of the continuous sacrifices to Beelzebub and Alishka being next on the line.
I really like the 2:05 - 2:17 sequence for how it shows Alishka's emotions. He's resigned himself, he knows he's going to die and there's nothing he can do about it, but seeing the cultists with the plates, the Beelzebub statue above, the Queen Fly with the dagger - that's when he actually realises he's fucked. All of it is real, he's going to die, and the fear sets in. He still doesn't try to run because he knows that it won't save him, but he's still afraid of dying.
On Alishka's spirit there are bite marks present, and Zemyata's concept art had him missing a part of one of his fingers (which probably didn't make it due to taking additional time to animate). It kinda implies that the cultists didn't even wait until Alishka was dead and started eating him right after he was stabbed but still conscious. That Alishka didn't enter the afterlife until 2:35 kind of supports this, and Alishka falling might represent him slowly losing consciousness and passing out from the blood loss.
"So that you'll suffer forever in the afterlife and the next" is additional evidence to the theory that Alice's group is continiuously reincarnating.
In 3:50, the dining room is shown again, with everyone dead and Alishka as a head on a dinner plate. This pretty much confirms that Alishka actually poisoned himself and the footage from 3:12 on was actually real (probably excluding Beelzebub Alishka if you believe that him appearing was a simply metaphor for the poison) and not some revenge fantasy he had while dying. Alishka's head is smiling, probably because he died happy knowing he's gonna take all the cultists with him.
Fun fact, the missing finger is briefly present (or rather, NOT present) at the moment of Beelzebubification (3:12, left hand index finger), but then it comes back for the rest of the video.

Thinking about it, the reason they could have the poison in their system and survive whilst the cultists immediately died must be because they built a resistance to the poison. Meaning that they knew about and planned for this ending for a very long time. I think that makes it even sadder...
