Worked for me. I turned off phone. Then held power on button down then let the phone go on and off a few times. It restarted and I am out of safe mode...Yay!
my phone once its turned off it keeps restarting & it doesn't even make it to the home screen then kepps going it literally stops at metro PCs then restarts . the only way to turn it on is the safe mode way .. its the phone like the one in the video you made but its white .. is there a way to get safe mode off without turning it off & or losing all my pictures ?
Everyone read this comment if this method didn't work what i did was i clicked the power button and then i hold onto the "Power off" button and once it say "go into safe mode" click yes (even though you're already on safe mode still do it) once you do that and your phone is still on safe mode now click the "Power off and restart" and then once it turns back on it should be off safe mode.
I've tried to do factory reset with my LG L70 but it still not working. It is stuck at the logo, or displaying this message "resetting apps". Please, if you could help me with this issue, i would appreciate it. Thank you

You sound like every metro pcs clerk I've ever dealt with put together
i did that like 20x , my phone wont even let me swipe back and forth it jus talks and makes me press everything 3 or 4 times before it goes threw.
