The design makes this AC a possible alternative to ductless DYI systems. It works great. The remote control could be more visual aid oriented like a backligh design. Follow mfg instructions for care and all and this should be the only AC you need for those of is that don't live in new homes with central AC
What about the copper joint in between the outdoor and indoor ? Wish u had done this in detail...

Whats the purpose of doing the first part where u use allen key i just need to remove wall unit so i can tear down sheetrock apply wall insulation than put new sheetrock and put unit back on the wall do i need to do all the steps?

Before off the air conditioning unit of his did pumpdown first, so that the freon can be stored in the outdoor unit
How to collect Freon in the outside unit
The term is called pumpdown.. the First Stage Close valve discharge ( the unit in to the circumstances ON) , and then after that see the needle on the suction dimeter gauge.. If the needle is already showing in the numbers 1 psi to close the valve suction and then turn the power on the ac unit and freon has already everything already stored in the unit pool air conditioning
How do you reconnect?
When we will dismantle the air conditioner and how to avoid wasted refrigerant, can be done by pumpdown, turn on the air conditioner after life on the outdoor unit valve out cap in the pipe 1/4, after the needle on the gauge meter shows in 5psi immediately do the closure of the suction valve and turn off the ac unit🙏
