- An extension of the short remix of Toby's Theme used in 'Time for Trouble' it's a shame that the original didn't go on for long, the additional Proteus instruments add such a great timbre to the Jupiter instruments, that's what makes Series 3 interesting as it was a transitional period for the show, you can even hear them still using some Series 1 & 2 SFX in there too.

In my opinion, Season 3 is the best season. This is one of the reasons. Well done on making one of my favourite themes!

I like season 1 and 2 because of mainly Donald and Douglas and I love the stories in season 1
I would say season 2 is my favourite, however season 3 is definitely closely behind.
Season 3 is really nostalgic to me. I mean, I watched it quite a lot as a kid and I loved it. It used to be one of my favourites as a kid, but as I grew up, I started to realise that it actually wasn’t that good. But I still like it. I mean, its music sounds so nostalgic to me, but its visuals just look really creepy to me.
I'd say it was personally tied between that and series 5 (for obvious reasons), considering they both stand out for different reasons.
This cured my depression for 1 minute and 11 seconds exactly. Afro, my man, when do you start getting paid for your talents? This is just too incredible!

I'm glad I was able to sort that, I understand what you're going through and doing this honestly can help me through it at times. I do commissions and stuff which is helping me pay bills etc but I've even been thinking of doing a Patreon for the channel and keep some stuff exclusive to that as well as a Spotify but that takes some planning.
That does put a smile on my face, Afro. Talents like your’s don’t deserve to go unpaid.

I've been binging Time for Trouble recently (mainly as a reference for the Maunsell coaches) and - just like it was when I was a kid - the S3 Toby theme mix is a distinct highlight of it. Hearing an extended version is just icing on the cake. Thank you.
Almost expecting James and Gordon's themes from that episode to come next.

I would have loved to have heard a full version when I was 3. I would have especially loved it if they would have also done a version of his theme in the double pitched they did during Thomas breaks the rules where he made the policeman jump with his bell. I always liked that version of his theme alot when I was little. Makes me miss being a little boy. Like many people I wish I could go back to being a little boy at age 3, and getting excited whenever Thomas was on.

Tbh, the synth tracks are a lot bassier than the orchestral stuff from the later seasons.
@@SudrianAfro true I just reckon the theme had the bass more the main title in season 4 but yea the music had the movie tone but series 5 had the Thunderbirds stories with Tugs effects so the music match it

There's just something uplifting about Toby's theme regardless of the arrangement
This song reminds me of a trolley (tram) line that I work for in Oregon, USA. The trolley line needs $1.2 million dollars of repairs, or else it will close down forever. I've been telling everybody I know to help me save the trolley line, as I'm the Marketing/Advertising/Communications/Outreach/Public Relations Director for the trolley line. It would be a shame to lose a piece of railroad history.
