Toby the Tram Engine's Theme (Series 1)

- Had to reupload this due to some problems I found in the audio, so to compensate I have inclucded Tobelerone's extra 2 themes from Series 1 which are his reprises. Toby's theme is interesting, it has this weird Bass Clarinet like synth as well as the bells in background which makes it unique compare to most if the others.

Hey everyone.
Just a quick message. While I know a lot of you enjoy the recreations of O'Donnell and Campbell's legendary work for TTTE. I'd also really appreciate if you'd take a look at music I've written too. I'm looking to experiment and expand as a composer to test my range and ideas, the Thomas stuff is nostalgic and everything but the original works is what I really enjoy to work with. Still on the 80s wave at the moment as there are some sounds I still want to tackle. Here’s a playlist of all the 80s and 90s stuff. I’ve arranged them similar to how they are on SoundCloud. Enjoy!

Toby is a tram engine. He has cowcatchers and side plates and doesn't look like a steam engine at all. He takes freight cars from farms and villages to the main line and is cheerful to everyone he meets. He had a coach called Henrietta who has seen better days. "It's not fair at all" she grumbles remembering that she used to be full and 9 cars would rattle behind her.

Toby's theme really puts sunny skies in my mind. I don't know why but I'm guessing when your old and had the best life experience then you get more sunshine with age. Toby has been an image of a old but happy character.

I know what you mean. I can picture Toby slowly trundling along the Ffarquhar Branch on a beautiful day, slowly rocking from side to side.
Personally Toby's theme just has to be one of my favorites no matter how many variations I hear of it it still a classic. And I really really enjoy this.
I still love hearing the old score pieces from the original Thomas & Friends seasons. I'm 27 now and I recently started watching the show again and on the hunt for the DVDs. I wish someone, regardless of their age, sang along to some of the singing songs that are released on the cds or digital to show their tribute and how much a fan of the show they are.

Man I'm so jealous how you perfectly arranged so many TTTE tunes. I tried arranging a Woodwind ensemble version of Henry's theme, but I spent too much brain cells for it and I still don't have some of the chords correct. I think you are very talented and you work very hard. Bravo

Toby is a kind hearted, friendly and wise steam tram. Despite his old fashioned design, he's still a kind engine. What makes Toby unique is that he's the first and only steam tram on Sodor and in the Thomas Franchise, minus Flora who is also a steam tram but she appeared in only one episode in Season 12. He's also the only engine to be made of wood and painted brown.

You know, Toby's theme sounds sort of similar to the Clanker's Cavern BGM in Banjo-Kazooie, like the TTTE&F theme sounds a bit similar to the Spiral Mountain BGM from that very same game. Perhaps you might like to do Thomas-style remixes for the Clanker's Cavern and Spiral Mountain Tracks?
