Bom dia André, my portuguese is bad but i enjoy your channel, great videos. I was wondering if you could help me understand the new scooter rules for Portugal (27.Nov). I think that scooters must be max 25kmh with maximum 250watts to be allowed on the cycle paths? but Im not sure if scooters over 250watts are still legal to ride on normal roads if we dont go over 25kmh?
