Faz lembrar quando tive a minha primeira 50cc e comprei um escape, passou dos 70kmh para 75kmh 😅 Está a diferença parece passares de 50cc para uma 125cc 🤟 excelente vídeo , quando vai ser a inauguração da oficina André Vinagre electric tuning? Abraço

Obrigado Filipe , a oficina não sei , mas estão mais projetos em construção principalmente na parte de autonomia . Quando o grupo estiver completo, fazemos a volta grande para teste de autonomias 😉.
Ola André, em primeiro lugar grande trabalho muitos parabens. Tenho uma pergunta, sendo o motor de 60v ao meter-lhe 70v nao sobre aquece? Tenho uma Tc wanderer e queria fazer algo parecido.

Boas Carlos mais tensão não vai gerar aquecimento , mais amperes é que sim . Pode interferir sim com a resistência de isolamento dos enrolamentos, cabos ,etc . mas acredito que estes motores como em outros facilmente aguentam até 120V , por isso os 84V que ela fica no máximo de carga não vai gerar danos .
This is awesome! I have a TS 1200R with the same controller and 2 x 26Ah batteries in parallel but I limit my output to 70A. Did you upgrade the phase wires? Do you monitor your motor temperatures at that power level? Mine got to 87 degrees today on a steep incline.

I increased the voltage to 72V ( 20S ) . Both the motor cables and the motor have not yet exceeded 50°C, but I believe that on a long and steep climb The engine arrives 70-80 °C. But I'm just worried if it reaches 90-95°c then it's a bit too much.
@ you can monitor the motor temp in the FarDriver app if you set the sensor to NTC10K. If you use an infrared gun to measure the temperature it will not be as relevant. For example today mine was 87 degrees (celcius) and the motor casing was just warm to the touch. I am not woried about the winding burning, just not sure the quality of the magnets and at what temperature they start to lose their properties.

@@trufinv I have more doubts about the real value of the fardriver temperature sensor than the external meter. But I'll check this information when I go for another ride, my hand never felt the hot engine 40-45 °C I'm finding these 85°C a lot, this temperature you couldn't even put your hand on
@ you can check the value in the fardriver app before riding, and it should be close to ambient temperature. The sensor is directly on the windings and that's why there are big differences between what you would get on the outside case. If we would use something like statorade for cooling the heat would be transfered to the outside but the windings would be cooler.
@@trufinv I have the TSX, same spec as TC. But other design. The speedo on the bike have a temp guage from factory. Cant i just keep a eye on the temp there? If I do this mod. Will build my own battery soon.
