Don’t hear anything wrong with engine. The dump block is either worn out or needs greased badly. It’s squeaking and can tell there’s too much friction in it.
It looks to me like the operator isn’t letting out on the drag brake as he’s hoisting the bucket. That will cause it to fight itself. You have to give it some relief as you go up with it.
