When I played this game so long ago, I had really bad dial-up, so my units would meet the enemy, I would get the "waiting to catch up" screen, and the battle would be over by the time I was caught up, so seeing this micro is really cool!

I remember my classmates from highschool. Our seating arrangements had a two 5x5 layout. We're seated at the 2nd layout at the 4th row. When there's a quiz we had a code word it's called "Spirit Link" which means we would distribute the answers if one of us knew the answers. We never got caught since the teachers are more stricter during exams.

I wonder if the grunt cleave noise is the sicker sounding one when it does more damage versus a more noob sound when it does the lower damage out of 21-27 or whatever? Cool idea for warcraft 3 unit detail if it's not already the case

On the W3C client he uses, you can type -draw to draw the game. Maybe the opponent didn't want to play that matchup or something so Grubby obliged their draw proposal.

As a bronze player that can’t micro the way you can , think you can zeppelin micro with and illusion TC or FS, while casting your heroes with your army in the back round chillin doing damage and you using the illusions to do some major damage ?? Can you even pick up an illusion ?

Upgraded, bloodlusted grunts with healing ward ain't nothing to scoff at. Lots of units to manage though, so it's strictly a pro-gamer strategy.
This is way better than bronze league heroes. Insanely good!

18:28 Why he didnt immediately press the advantage by attacking your main base?
Can be hard to push into orc base because of burrows with good base layout make it so if you go in you probably can't get out easily and will take focus fire. You might win outright by going base, but your army isn't great for that and your heroes are only level 2 so you might go pretty much even, which would put you from "modestly far ahead" to "slightly ahead" and that makes it risky. What human opts to do instead is take some big camps since you know you will be uncontested, you know you will creep faster than orc because you just killed half their army and their FS and then you will have a bigger army and a bigger MK with some items too and you can press your advantage elsewhere. You are basically guaranteed to get further ahead and human does, he is extremely far ahead after taking some big camps and Grubby has to spend the next 20 minutes buying time because he would get smoked in a fight. Like Grubby says "his win chance was 99%". Grubby was able to get up a ton of bases and stall for so long that he eventually caught up in gold. This is the exception rather than the rule, human going for big nearby camps was definitely correct. Not noticing and addressing 3 orc bases going up was less correct.

depends on what you want, if you want to play release day refunded with classic graphics then you didn't buy anything

if you wanted classic pre-reforged you can't buy it anymore, only pirating and owning an old cd-key from a box version

I know that I wouldn't be able to be anywhere close to how good Grubby is, but, you can tell that the only reason why Grubby is not the 1st TFT player in the world is because of his decision making.
Allowing a tome that he could have stollen from his opponent to be taken and in the following action a valuable item as well is sad.
Grubby: skills = 10/10 godlike level, decision making = 6/10
