  • This might sound like one of the most BM games we've had recently, but there is a tiny chance this whole story is going to turn wholesome by the end you finish the video!

Nicest WC3 player gets a free coaching by Grubby

  • @hubertnordvall5837

I don't think people truly appreciate how amazing this turnaround was. Super impressed by how you persisted and won him over, even getting the "GG" in second game.

I just faced this guy twice in a row and he accused me of maphack and ranted at me about what a loser I was the whole time, so I don't think his attitude improved much after this, lol. And I was playing Orc, not even Human!

'did you know you can transform bears?' is a real housewives level insult

I appreciate all the uploads man, been a pleasure watching your thought process in games. Used to play against you waayyy back when and as a fellow orc main/young teenager I always looked up to you. Now I’m 30 and wc3 is still my favorite game ever, just wanted to say thanks for keeping it alive brother!

He went from salty to listening. Some people need to be taught the hard way. I like that he became receptive.

As I stated multiple times in the last couple of years. Grubby is a good person. This videos proofs it. Grubby became a free therapist for about 20 minutes for his opponent who even INSULTED him before. Much respect Grubby. Those who call you a friend should be happy and proud.

    Human!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I understand the guys mindset and I think you handled it well. There is no reason to be angry at a guy raging, calm him down and give advice is just a kind thing. Good on you.

"u cant control how oppo plays

  • @_Pikahiiri_

The F moment was the very minute I tuned into stream for the first time. Definitely a very interesting time to drop by, but you handled it all like an absolute legend.

I gotta say it was very impressive of him. He didn't just insult and take the easy way out by leaving. He stuck by in his raging moment and took you up on the challange and joined another game, where as he could have just ignored. I assume he was still irritated, but was still polite with the "u2". Rising above the emotions. Then when his anger seemingly droped and towards the end, he took advice and had a laugh.

This is a mature mindset - not getting mad in return but realising the one who's tilted just has issues that need to be fixed (probably not just ingame but also irl if you throw insults over a video game loss). Loved this "Mentor meeting the mad Disciple" episode.

We can see how in another universe, Grubby is a well respected teacher with easy temper and witty knowledgeable conversation

  • @jochem3030

I really did enjoy this video. As a league player, i encounter these kinds of mindsets all the time, which is frustrating to me as a teammate. During working hours i am a teacher, and i really like your teaching style. You are direct, but you also do ackknowledge his feelings of frustration. You even tell him you have been there yourself, and by your play you show him that theres better alternatives. Im amazed. Ty for this and bless your patience!
