Never imagined that these videos would be the start of a multi million dollar business. ANYBODY can do it and I want to show you how in my Free 1 Hour Training: lostcreatoracademy.com/freetraining
Lost LeBlanc your absolutely killing it with the new content !! I’m from whiterock as well, would mean a lot if u checked out my channel! Much respect
Christian, this was on a completely different level 🔥🔥🔥! The pacing, the integration of drone footage, the b-roll, the transitions, the vibe, the feel, the comedic beats... I can believe and see that a lot of hard work went into this, and I just want to say, it’s definitely paid off! Perhaps your best work to date!! Walking away feeling super inspired. Thank you!
How long have you been there ? Love this vlog :D
Lost LeBlanc loved it man you the BOMB 🌏🌏
The editing on this one is super amazing! Absolutely loved it and definitely have to watch it again! Also cool to see team get lost member spot you!
If you intend to visit Hong Kong it's best to visit it sooner rather than later. It's a place that can change quickly, and I feel like some of the scenic, traditional and cultural charms of Hong Kong are disappearing. Due to things like modernization, local government and China. Not saying change is a bad thing, it's just getting further away from the Hong Kong I knew of when I was younger and the one you may of read about or seen in books.
Add Oil Jake
i agree. its extremely crowded with the large amounts of people coming from mainland. a bit sad to see my home fading
@Joel Lee Compared to 15+ years ago, it has changed significantly. Although some aspects are better than what it was, the political side of things is seriously deteriorating. Plus all the tourists coming from mainland China, some locations are starting to become horrible.
Just 3 years ago I visited HK but didn’t really bring my camera gear. I brought a simple point and shoot (Fuji x100). I knew I was going again in 2018 so no big deal. Brought my tripod and DSLR and no kidding..... majority of the neon lights along Nathan Rd. Where no longer there. I thought I was lost or got the wrong location but sadly HK is changing very very quickly. ☹️
Can u suggest me good place to visit.?
Cinematics are amazing but would have to disagree with all the food recommendations mentioned except Din Tai Fung which is technically Taiwanese food. When in Hong Kong you need to try local authentic food, street food and actual Chinese food, none of that fusion stuff.
Cant agree more!
@@cindycheung6062 haha i know i spit out my sparkling water when i heard they went for an OMELETTE in Hong Kong or stopped for coffee at a place called 'Urban Coffee Roasters" they obviously go to spots for the aesthetic because most of these spots are really curated for westerners. Anyone going to Hong Kong and payinf $40 a person for Dim Sum (which is more expensive than a good Dim Sum spot in Chinatown NY is not eating at the right restaurants haha. Cute none the less.
i was pretty offended when he said “how do you say hello in hong kong”
*continues to say* “ni hao” 😭🤯
Big oof in HK

6:04 - Best part of the entire video. Katy, a beautiful girl to be there for that kid. So awesome.
Got me wanting to go to Peru...and then Hong Kong. LOL
Love the new style vids. You can see the quality and effort you put into them. Great stuff as always Christian!
Chep Lap Kok, Kowloon, Ocean Terminal, Tsim Sha Tsoi, Admiralty, Central, Jordan, Prince Edward, Mongkok, North Point, Tsuen Wan, Repulse Bay, Aberdeen, Victoria Peak, Tsing Ma Bridge, Disneyland, Lantau Island, and many more.... I love Hong Kong and miss it.
This video was half awesome scenery and half awesome comedy. Loved it! Greats edits and recommendations too!
great vid Christian. i have lived in guangzhou china for 6 years in the past and hk was always the perfect weekend getaway. its one city that will always stay close to my heart !

Katy , you love to show your top. I think you better go without wearing any top lol
We've been living and Vlogging in Hong Kong for the last few months, and you've definitely done it justice.
Great video as always Christian!!!
I'm at 1.30min and must say that you have some amazing edits in this one, and the intro is totaly sick also... 👊🏻
Thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 this was a particularly lengthy edit but you’re making this all nighter totally worth it.
@@lostleblanc if it took only one night than is even more amazing!😉 Really nice one, Christian! 🙌
Yep. I'm going to start watching again thanks for going back to what you made me subscribe!
I actually started watching your videos because of your travel tips for Thailand. I’ve been living in Hong Kong for 7 years now, and was curious to see how you saw my city from your eyes. Absolutely loved this video. Your editing, videography, and tips and tricks are fantastic. Keep it up Christian!! You’re an amazing vlogger!
Hong Kong looks fascinating. Nice one, your videos are really packing a punch!
Good job Leblanc! Been to HK dozens of times including twice in the last month and you did it good service!
Mind blowing editing, thank you for sharing your trip!
I have been super stoked to visit Hong Kong for the last couple of years, and I am saving up to go next year! Thank you so much for all the tips and the very funny and entertaining video! Love the effort you put in you videos! As a photographer and film maker myself, I truly appreciate it!
Hey Christian and Katy, great job on the video. My wife and I spent 5 weeks in HK and Macau last Dec and watching this video has given me some great places to check out next time we are there. You are really providing a valuable service, keep up the great work!
Thank you for an awesome video, Christian! It really showed all the different sides of Hong Kong! Just a little note, actually both Kowloon and Hong Kong Island (and the whole of Hong Kong) are formerly British. Also, when the shopkeeper was teaching you to say "hello", it's actually "lay ho", which is Cantonese, not "ni hao", which is Mandarin. But it's a really great video overall and I'm glad you liked your visit to Hong Kong!
Loved this one! Well done Christian (& Katy ❤)
Thanks guys ! We miss you
Lost LeBlanc what are the favorite countries for you guys in Asia? Have you guys been to Japan.
Love your channel. Honestly refreshing and fun. Thanks for helping me out on all my travels ! Thanks to you I’m 8 countries down , lots to go!
I've been to HK but I never saw it and experienced it the way you do. Yours it much more fun. Your editing skills are superb, much respect Mr. LeBlanc!
Loved your vlogs since way back in the day but I have to admit Katy has helped take it to the next level. #DONTFUKITUP
i love this! can we make this little boy, that katy saved, famous?
One of my favourite things about Hong Kong is how vast it is up the peaks! A whole town up there pretty much, and a mall. And just the endless miles of walking over mountain passes. Or the fact that 20 minutes from Causeway Bay will take you to a British style lake and dam. It reminded me of living in Wales, and it was magical.
Planning my trip to HK next month, from HCMC, and am loving the tips! Getting SO excited!! One of my fav videos of yours :)
Kathi has a beauty of a heart, and can relate to the kid
Only been waiting for you to make a video like this for like the past few years 😅 😂 thank you Christian!! Awesome video as always!!! 😍💕
Ella Ess this was one of his best vlogs ever o my days 🌏👍❤️✅
Love the part where you stood up and spent time with the kid! That taxi too, I have literally never seen a taxi decorated like that in my life in HK .. that driver is awesome!
AWW you guys and the little boy!! my heart is so full
Thanks for coming to my home, hope you enjoyed it.
But honestly you can get even cheaper if you want in terms of transportation, for example Sai Kung, you can take the buses into the restricted area and it only cost roughtly $1? from the place you parked the car and $3 from the nearest mtr station.
We had the BEST transportation system in the world u can literally take mtr or buses to every part in hk and they only cost a little comparing to taxi.
If you had little bit more time, i would suggest you visit some even more local area like Tsuen Wan or Yuen Long, there arent that many foreigners in these regions and there are so many great and cheap local food.
Also, locals may get a bit rude sometimes, i apologize for that coz we are always in a rush, haha.
But anyway thanks for coming to HK and we welcome everyone around the world to visit us.
Just when I thought your B-roll couldn’t get any better
I loved this Vlog, so so informative and I'll be using it as my guide during my trip to HK! Thanks for sharing xx
The amount of editing that when into this is incredible. Loving the new format of #LostLeBlanc
I love Dim Sum & tried Din Tai Fung in Causeway Bay. Great video 👍🏻
um... these are Beijing-Shanghai style dim sum.
that shop originates from Taiwan as I remember
I loved the video Christian, I really did. 👌🙌💯
Greetings from Hong Kong! It’s such an awesome video man! Thank you so much for capturing my hometown in such a cool way. Much appreciated that you guys are interested in learning about the our culture. I guess it’s the main reason of travelling. Respect.
WOW! The video and the budget travel really feels redefined and the quality of the vlogs are so good. Love it!
Man! I just wanted to say that this was so *Doope* cheers bru!
Hey christian, this was a great guide for Hong Kong, love the kakigori dessert - i think for dimsum there are so much selection in Hong kong (almost endless) - honestly any dimsum in Hong Kong is better than any Yumcha dimsum place in any country ive been in!!, its so fresh and flavourful - taxi can be cheaper than uber in hong kong too :D
Wow please tell Katy what a really nice thing she did for the little boy! =) , great heart and definitely a basketball player you dont want to mess with :P
you definitely need that 10 days to explore HK - i was there for 4 days and 2 and a half day was pouring rain! - definitely hard to explore HK - Lantau island was the one place i didnt visit thanks for sharing this with me on your vlog Christian.
So much delicious food on one episode =) thanks mate "Bao wow"
Awesome channel, Nick! Worth subscribing!
Yeah I hear you on that Nick. We visited for just 3 days. Barely touch the surface. A couple of weeks would be great.
Nick's - your HK travel guide was also a beast hehe.. the food you showcased was so drool-worthy!
Wow, we've watched your HK vids and we would never have guessed you only had 4 days there 😮👍
I love HK, and yeah it’s probably gonna take more than 10 days to actually discover the city inside out ☺️
I was in Hong Kong just earlier this year and your video introduced me to a lot of areas I didn’t know exist! The next time I visit, I’ll be using your video as a guide. Good video! You earned yourself a subscriber!
I just love the new style of your videos!! Very interesting, perfect shots and captivating content! Well done Christian & Katy 😊
Makes me want to go back to HK so bad! Thanks for sharing!
I’ve been to Hongkong two months ago and I absolutely loved it. Just found your channel today, your content , your videos and your editing is just damn... on another level
I live in Hong Kong, I love this place. Your video made me fall in love with this place all over again 💓
Such a masterpiece vlog, I remember subscribing you when you where at 60K now you're on you're way to 1 million subs, keep up the great content
When booking, you just have to book in advance. I stayed on Hong Kong island for 4 days and got a very nice high rise hotel for $200. I didnt need to buy a sim card either because the hotel provided a 4g cellphone and a wifi egg. Depending on the hotel you stay in, there are shuttle buses from the airport to the hotel, or close proximity. research and planning in advance is all you need. Taxis are quite cheap as well as subways (get yourself and octopus card). For sightseeing such as Victoria peak and the sitting Buddha, and theme parks such as Disney Land, I paid online and got the tix cheap so i cut down on waiting in line for anything.
If we need to stay there for like 10 days .then how much approx money is needed . ??? For a person
What hotel did you stay at?
@@kac0809 we r planning to come there for study .for 10 days .
Hong Kong seems to be SO SPECIAL! Amazing video, hopefully we can go and experience it for ourselves one day.
Awesome video! Absolutely loving your new format, always bringing such useful and beautiful content 🙌
Omg I am a local vlogger and found your video really amazing!! Keeping making these travel guides!! Great job dude!

What i love is how you wrote: I'M CONVINCED!! 🤣🤣🤣 hahahaaa!!
Loved this post, I have to say it’s one of your best ! I have been to Hong Kong twice and loved it.
I'm a Hong Longer! It's still so mesmerizing and overwhelming to see from tourists' point of view!!
Someone just sent me this. Can’t believe we met three years ago in Hong Kong, before I started my CZcams channel 😂🤙
I was just about to say wait i know that guy lol
That cute voice was amazing.... I love that! 😆😆😆😍😍😍
Thank you for bringing up the good aspects of HK, you boost my waning out enthusiasm of working here
The little boy is so cute! She did a great thing stepping in and defending him! He reminds me of the little boy from the movie Up!☺️🏠🎈
6:14 Katy is a real one 💯
Fantastic videos bro! You make them fun and smart!
I keep checking to see when you hit a million subscribers. You are stepping up your game. The new format of sharing a journey with a purpose instead of just sharing a journey... is epic.
If you're still in Hong Kong don't forget to check out Macau. The round trip ticket cost only about 40usd and you will get free ride from casinos there
40hkd ..... no way, allow a hk$200 budget for safe sake .... i m a hk chinese n built casinos in macau so i know both places
@@oldguy1958hk sorry USD
The bridge connect HK and Macao just opened. No need to take the ship, 20 USD will be enough for round trip bus tickets.
kk k 中華人民共和國萬歲!
Man if I ever find you, you're not getting away alive without a high five 😍 Leave some greatness for the rest of us! ❤
yu are great too
I’ll be waiting for that high five ;) thank you Danny!!
Great job on the HK video!
Definitely one of my favourite cities to be in and now have some new spots to check out.
I have been living in Hong Kong for the past 4 months and been to Sai Kung a few times now, never had a reason to go as far as Sai Wan until I watched your video. I went today with my boyfriend to check out the waterfall had an amazing time cliff jumping and had it to ourselves took the speedboat back overlooking a beaut sunset. Thanks.
Shame that you didn't eat much actual Hong Kong food, you missed out :)
Can you give me some good places for street food along with veg/nonveg menu. I will be travelling soon there.
why din tai fung and kakigori lol. the hong kong little coffee shops are the beeeeest.
@@cheehiong I was also a bit confused why they're eating Taiwanese and Japanese food?? Any recommendations for those little coffee shops? I'm going to hk in a few days, and I want REAL hk food haha
He had dim sum tho soooo
@@COLOFURjerro there was a really famous dimsum place but it closed for renovations just in Feb. Alternatively just look out for the crowded places frequented by the office workers, usually in small alleys where they usually have co-used spaces for eating to have cheap n good food.
Tsui Wah is a decent chain restaurant too. It's been awhile since I last worked in HK so I can't recall much hahaha
That room with the see through bathroom was freaking weird!
Great job combining all of your new skills and passion with more of your original style!
Another great video! Not only it is informative, but also entertaining. I so enjoy watching your vblogs. It never fails to make me smile. :) Thanks for adding some funnies and sharing your experiences.
"ni hao" in Hong Kong + trying to tip with 20 HKD (US$ 2.5) lol...
I know right. We actually speak better English than Mandarin here in Hong Kong. 🤣 (ni hao is Mandarin). Cantonese is our mother tongue though.
exactly. hello in hong kong is hello lmao. ni hao wth
Will you do one like this for Beijing or Shanghai?
Another awesome video of an awe-inspiring place I NEED to visit!
Man, I can only imagine you much time you put in this video. Much respect and a big inspiration for the Roadrebelz!!
That moment you wake up at 3:00 A.M. (Poland) and see a notification about the video ! Damn I fell asleep, thinking we will not get a video today for some reason, 😮
Hong Kong looks like a great travel option 😍
PS. FUNNY STORY WITH LOST LEBLANC.
I had a dream I was in something like Field museum in Chicago but with Christian and Katy, when I woke up, I wanted to call my mom and tell her my dream came true, only to realize it was just a dream 😂
The next day : I had a dream that I am at my studies which happen only once every month ( great for traveling ) and there is a new guy.... It's Christian, and at first I was freaking out, but later on I'm like a smooth talker, slide my chair over to Christian and I'm like " here because it's easy to travel vlog and get University done right ?" Not a minute passes by and now Christian slides back, to me and starts casually talking , and for my question that " it would be funny if you remembered me from comment section of your videos" and he looks me dead in the eyes and says " ohh yeah I remember" (this is the moment I wake up, excited and again it gets to me, it was just a dream 😂) I think it's safe to say... We all know who is my role model 😎📷🏝️
I can imagine how disappointed you must have felt in reality :'D
You can see the influence of Lost LeBlanc on your channel ;)
And we all know that you spend too much time on youtube
@@MrSkatefuture911 that's true 😂 but to my defence, I don't watch any TV since I was like 8, CZcams is my thing since I started with RuneScape videos 😂 now I have moved on from gaming, intro vlogging, more precisely travel vlogging (lost LeBlanc) opened my eyes as to what I want to do in my life, ( there was a period in my life, about a year ago where I was hating everything I did, and got an injury, which made me unable to keep on playing football(soccer), that's when I started thinking " what do I want to do in my life" and the rest is history , well it's on my channel too 😂
Great explanation bro! Can't wait to visit this country. I feel like every country we visit has a chinatown in it and it must be great to see where they all come from. Ever thought about going deep into China?
Not to be rude or anything but Hong Kong is a City in China, not a country. Even though it has it's own law, money and even a border crossing for some time but still a City.
Getting real political here but as a Hongkonger, #hongkongisnotchina
this video is very perfect timing, i saved all ur recommendations for my upcoming hongkong trip 👌🏻
I didn't know Hong Kong had beaches and waterfalls/pools like that! Its definitely a place added to my travel list now... though I may have to get saving a bit more to not come back broke lol! But great video and love the new style of doing it, keep it up! :D
Wow that intro is 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Which song is it ...
I'm from Hong Kong and its a shame that I wasn't able to meet you:( I'm really glad that you loved my hometown and honestly ngl this video is pretty accurate but there are so many more local bomb food there that you should try next time, like Char Siu Fan (BQQ Pork Belly Rice), Egg Tart, Ngau Lam Meen (Beef Brisket Noodle), and moree!! Hope you'd come to visit Hong Kong again:)
Char siu isn't pork belly 🙄
我都是:(
You missed to introduce 雞蛋仔 Kai-tan-chai Hong Kong Style egg waffle
What a great video and great editing!! The video is super smooth to watch and got great information! Looking forward to visit Hong Kong even more now!
Best 22min travel Vlog i’ve Ever seen on CZcams. I have an attention span of 30 seconds and I watched the whole video. That’s def a complement.
its a constant reminder to always smil HAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHA BYE IM DECEASED I CAN'T STOP LAUGHING
Ho Lee Fook! this is great man
😂😂
This is awesome! Your videos just keep getting better and better. And it's really useful because I'm going to HK next month! I've just watched this video simultaneously writing notes with all your tips 😆
Great to know, I honestly had no idea it was so expensive there. Also loved the shots and humour!
You travel to many countries.
can u tell us which country is the most expensive from your booking experience?
C h e r m a r l C h a n n e l Ella Ess this was one of his best vlogs ever o my days 🌏👍❤️✅
Nice video but can I mention a few things:
1. Din Tai Fong is from Taiwan and not dim sum so if you are selective in local experience, that’s not the place to go.
2. Same for shaved ice. It’s from Japan. Why not try the “egg son” instead? I don’t know how to call in English.
3. Do not hit chopsticks with each other, it’s rude.
Whilst Tim Ho Wan is the signature local dim sum place to go.
Absolutely love your video editing skills! Keep it up!
You gave me another angle to see the place I live. As a Hong Kong people, I still enjoy watching this. Thanks
Actually service in asia is considered a highly regarded thing and is inclusive. Leaving tips may even come across as an insult, as it implies that he or she is doing her best just to get extra money, which in their eyes is not the case, they are not some sort of circus act or beggars, they genuinely want to provide the best service there is, even without reward. So when you tip in asia and when they refuse it, then be respectful and leave it at that, as it could avoid some very awkward situations. In other words, respect other peoples culture, don't force yours on theirs.
as an asian in malaysia i highly am appreciative of tips as it shows they appreciate my service it might just be me but oh wel
i’m from hk and what you mentioned about tips here is absolutely not true. always tip.
If hk is the 2nd most expensive city in the world what is the 1st?
Tokyo i guess
I was thinking of the same thing. Based on several articles I read that Hong Kong is ranked no. 1 as the most expensive city to live in and also the least affordable.
This video is amazing. i love how you incorporate so much of the traditional style of Hong Kong, not just the city life on the main Hong Kong island. I've already been to Hong Kong, but now I'm more excited for my next visit since you've recommended many restaurants and activities that I never did nor knew about when I was there. I'm grateful for travel vloggers like you who are so willing to share everything and anything they know about a trip they've experienced. It shows us viewers how open and kind you are to share with us everything possible you know. Now I can finally travel to Hong Kong the right way, all thanks to you! keep up the great videos!
Love the edit of this one Christian, it's a master piece man. You really found a good balance of humor, cinematics and travel tips all in one. Now that you post weekly I also love that you made it longer than your old vlogs :-)
Thanks so much guys. Always trying to improve
Now the big question, blue ass water > cerulean blue?
ValentinVentures Ella Ess this was one of his best vlogs ever o my days 🌏👍❤️✅
I thought you were done with travel vlogs.
These videos have a slightly different format and I guess try to address a question. Its still travel but different from a travel vlog.
Finally ! That's the vlog I've been waiting for :D YAAAAAAY Hong Kong next month
just wanted to say you killed this review of hk, thank you and keep it up
