- Hello there darlings! Hope you all have an amazing day! Today, I'm going to show you how to make an oozing Cheese Burst Donuts.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup room temp milk (250ml)
1 large egg (55g)
¼ cup sugar (50g)
2 and 1/4 tsp instant yeast (7g)
3 and ¼ cups all purpose flour (405g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
¼ cup butter (50g)
CHEESE BURST FILLING:
1 cup milk (250ml)
1 tbsp cornstarch (12g)
1 cup of easy melt cheddar cheese (165g)

I tried this recipe..it turned out really amazing..only used custard instead on cheese..1 cup milk, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tbsp custard powder..mix well and heat until thickens..
I will be making this soon, if I already have these amazing ingredients.

Hi,I have been watching a lot of your videos and they are all amazing.I mostly interested in bread making and I have tried one of your bread recipe👍😋.I have a question why in some video you rest your dough 4 times(20 mins after mixing the ingredients,1 hour after kneading,10 mins after cutting into shapes and 30 mins before baking) and in some video you rest 3 time?Do the amount of resting will affect the dough?
