- It's time for some real talk, folks! We wanted to share the thoughts we have about a major turning point in our airplane ownership journey as we prepare to possibly say goodbye to our faithful Pietenpol Air Camper.

same here. it just came up in my youtube feed cause I watched Juan's tribute. so sad. but I would have done the same thing (get the 140)...I'm a pack rat. But RIP beautiful people I enjoyed this video.

Juan. When I watched your clip about finding about their accident, you started but couldnt complete your initial statement. Your silence was worth so much more than the best narrated words! Such a tragic loss.

Thanks Juan, your story brought this channel to my feed. They seemed like genuine people you would want to follow. So sad for them to not fully live out their dreams. And the ultimate in compliments to Trent Palmer that they would mimic his closeout gesture. RIP Tango and Juliet.
my GAWD it's hard to believe they are gone just like that! They will be forever immortalized via social media! They legacy will live on forever. They will go down in history as one of the many Great Ambassadors of Aviation!

I'm not a very emotional person but watching their videos makes me want to cry. It makes me think deeply about life.
With tears in my eyes I want to thank All who post Safety Aviation videos on CZcams. I am not a pilot,but, am enjoying hanger flying with the people and aircraft on CZcams as a large part of my retirement. God Bless all who fly and look up at the sky. I love you all.

I am at a loss of words.....first because I just watched my first video of the Piete landings this past Monday the 19th out of the blue....and on the 21st watching Juan's channel put this all together. My wife flies with me regularly and we understand the joy they felt. Honestly hurts my heart. rip guys. : (

A beautiful couple. It makes you wonder it one could have lived without the other. So few couples on this earth are able to document and share a hobby like these two did. Finding your true love and growing that love through the years is no easy mission. Creating a life that sustains, fulfills, and inspires you is no easy mission. It just breaks my heart to have lost two wonderful people that wanted to share with those who don't get to see Aviation through our eyes. This community of amazing pilots, photographers and documenters will miss you both very much!

When O went to get my Juan Brown update and saw he had to do a second take on the first few words and watching his emotion... I knew it was going to be a tough update. I immediately looked up this channel. I now know why it took two takes. If there is a positive in this tragedy... it’s they left his Earth doing what they loved... R.I.P

To be honest, although I thought you were having lots of fun with the Piet, I always thought you both belonged in a Cessna or similar plane for the things you do and the places you go. I look forward to your new adventures and know you'll have great fun. :-) I'm happy for you and wish you well!
I was watching videos about the Piet and nosing around their videos and thought how lucky they were to be enjoying themselves together so much. Then the comments clued me in to what happened. So very sad, but I have to say that they are lucky to have been together. By the looks of it it would have been living death for either one to be without the other.
