Bhai I want to ask something it's good if u reply. Right now I am selected in lic ADO but I am preparing for bank exams and right now my preparation is very well I am scoring above average in mains mock test means nearby 90 percentile I am scoring. And I have heared 2 sides for that lic ado job that 1- it's a target based marketing job and initial years u will be very stressed and if you join it then forget about studies. 2- if you get settle this job is heaven and bank po is nothing in front of this. So I am very confused to join or not. If u can help with your experience and suggest what I do then it's be very helpful for me......
See both are good jobs and work pressure is same in both. Ultimately you have to set priorities and join any of the sector. But since you have got selected in ADO i wont recommend leaving that job just in the hope that i will get bank job

you can't become now there is a age limit of 30 years to give sbi po exam after 30 years age you can't give exam

There’s a lot of scope….you can get into many companies. You can be a Brand Manager for HUL for example.

in another PSU in scale - 3 is senior manager

In SBI, scale 2 is called deputy manager and scale 3 is called as manager.
No sr.manager only chief manager ie scale 4
