But in clerical this isnot happen, if u r getting hometown u will be in radius of 100km in ur hometown, and then trying get nearest branch of ur house.

Problem is that in our country no one cares about quality of life it seems everybody things that if you are a employee you are 24 hrs servant of that organisation and they start comparing with labours and army while in European countries people do not sacrifice there quality of life at any cost. After clearing RRB Clerk RRB PO PNB Clerk PNB PO SBI PO, i regret joining SBI PO.
I left RRB PO for SBI PO and it was very bad decision.

Please resign . I would like to join your post and live with dignity. After qualifying from a reputed university it's painful with no job. IT job sucks as we need to work till 3 AM in the morning.
@banker couple the points u have covered in this video are cent percent true.Even when i was preparing for bank exams initially i always used to prefer filling forms for officer i never applied for clerk for almoat 2-3 years but in 2018 i applied for sbi clerk but couldn't qualify mains and in the same year applied for ibps clerk and unfortunately that time also i couldn't qualify mains.Next year in 2019 i applied again for ibps clerk and got final selection and was alloted union Bank of India.In 2020 i joined the bank initially i was also enthusiastic about officer post their lucrative lifestyle various perks and the especially for the tag officer.But as soon as i notice their lifestyle and the stress level after 1 year i was not very much interested in officer post.And now it's almost close to 4 years i don't regret in opting for clerical post.Although my branch is around 50 kms away from my home and i have to travel daily other than that I don't have any issues with my work.
All those watching, she is absolutely right. Please understand this. U will have money but no life. Not demotivating just saying the reality. Once you join the level of risk u will be exposed to is incomprehensible. Please if u have a plan B, keep it alive and work on that too.

Okk meanwhile my experience i was selected in both rrb po and ibps po choose rrb po everyone was laughing at me and some of friends joined ibps po ,
Now after one year experience:-
1. My posting is in my home district and its 17 km away from my home and except one of my friends of ibps po all others are in other states
2. My friends are earning 8-10k more than me because of allowances are more, ya im getting less allowances than them and my salary approx 67k gross and theirs 71k gross ( before bipartite)
3. But my daily expenses are basically 0 rs as i carry lunch from home my mother packs. It feels like going school
4. After 4:30 my bm and i start thinking about day end and then after verification of vouchers we run for home 😂 between 5-5.30 pm

They ask for preference to the selected people, since most of the selected people are from north hence you need to get high marks for north posting. People selected from south always get posting nearby their home town since cutoff for south posting is less. I hope it clears your doubt.
Mam, what you are saying seems legit cause i've never seen any realistic positive review for bank po job. One, two or even 5 negative reviews can be debatable. But when 95 out of 100 people say the same thing, it does feel worth noticing.
So, on 1st april when i've got my results. I was super excited to see that i had been selected as po in canara bank and clerk in pnb
Now, after my research for 2-3 months i've decided not to join po but clerk instead and i'm damn happy about it.
Will dedicate my time for even better exams :)

I have been working as clerk for past 15 months almost 300 kms away from my home . Have to handle my expenses and also I'm regularly keeping exit bio after 7 like other officers... I also have same pressure also being a cashier doing all entry works getting paid very less and also cannot focus on my studies...Nowadays banking doesn't discriminate any grades , everyone is having pressure and depends on attitude of your officers

She is absolutely right , i haven't taken promotion and denying from 4 years but now my gross is 75000+ after 7 year service, which is sufficient for me with good life.
I cleared JAIIB & CAIIB(3 increments) + 7 yearly increments hence making gross 75000 and if I add Employer NPS + allowance CTC is 85000/monthly.
It is up to you if you take promotion or not, it is good for me I'm not saying it will be good for you.

Aspirants will dislike this video. But whatever you've said is true. Candidates should know the reality before taking a call between multiple options. You will know the work culture if you have siblings working in a bank. But majority of aspirants are going to be the first banker in their family. I am a victim of the same situation. I had cleared clerks and po in the same year and obviously I joined po now I have regret about this. I should have joined the clerk. You can earn money and enjoy life . The most difficult part is transferring all india levels. Clerk can do their banking job along with they can do side hassle too . such as room rent, banking tutorial , socialwork , and many more.

Officer has more social status than clerk which you can't ignore.....two good things about being clerk are home posting and fixed timing.....about home posting ..take your family with you wherever you go...bzc home is nothing but a family...if you can't ....create a good environment around you wherever you go...manifest good things ...you will find good people everywhere..and on weekends you can absolutely be with the family.....secondly...fixed timing....you don't know what the next bipartite will bring on the plate ...and most of the clerks are forced to sit late by their seniors which is unavoidable somentimes ....PO has nearly double the salary....if you have to spend 2 3 hours more in return 2X salary....you shouldn't complain..you just need to learn not to take mental pressure...each and every officer is not same ..so we can't generalize things that ...clerk is better than po.....I have seen many of Officers who really enjoy working...learning new things ..and sailing the life smoothly. .Be positive ❤

Clerical mai mujhe 650 km durr posting mili thi. Yeh galat faimi mat rakhiye ki clerk mai ghar ke paas posting milega. Mera ek colleague hai uska 750 km. Ek saal se transfer order hai relieve nai mil raha. Bol rahe hai aaur 2-3 saal tak nai milega

It completely depends on ur perception....i have been in bank for 5 years and worked in ckerical and officer both cadre .. i can say it honestly i was way too burdened in clerical cadre... I am scale 2 now and dont feel clerical is better in any way ..they are very underpaid ...and u just have to work only for one more hour ...and in lieu of that u r getting paid twice thrice

i saw your thumbnail and i am PO in private sector bank so I could relate to every word u have said, I had thought of quitting my job almost every day.
The target pressure is huge specially when u are not good in sales and there is no regard for operational work. i joined the bank through direct recruitment and didn't have any idea i thought i would be free by 5 so that i could prepare for upsc but the day end never occurs on time sometimes u are in the branch at around 11pm.
most of jobs have seasonal pressure but here pressure exists everyday.
Agar mujhe aajivan single rehna ho, us char diwari ke ander jitna kaam karwa lo. Toh banking job kaisi rahegi mujh jaiso ke liye???

Being at the po post and used to come at 10 :00 am and out of 30 days he used to leave near about 20 days at 4:00 o clock and that to in the head office branch of sbi , all is dependent on the manager how he treats his employees 😊

I wanted to join clerk always and gave po exams just for practice, and i got selected in both but, my father died after selection so i had to join PO to take care of family.. just for the salary.. now my mental and physical health is getting impacted.

Best solution join as PO specially SBI at age of 22-23 work or survive any how for 10 years start SIP as soon as you join for 50k After 10 year leave the job you will have approx 1 crore then follow your passion.
