- In previous video I had told everyone that I have resigned from SBI and joined an RRB .
Why did I do that?

My elder brother did his MBA 7 years ago... currently he is working in NBFC sector and he goes to office at 9:30 am and comes home around 10 pm to 10:30 pm... daily

Yes, Clerical is better in terms of timings.
But salary is almost half, choose wisely.
Sir i am currently working in Canara bank as clerk. My officer leaves at 6:30 pm. There is alot of pending work here, i told him other officers stay and complete pending work by 8pm or so. But he was like don't tell me that and assume officer leave late, i will leave at 6:30-7pm. He is leaving branch 30-40 min after me but taking double salary, i know they have to do loan and supervisory work but still....So it depends on person to person.
No brother… he has to complete the job.. if he is not doing it, ultimately he will be held responsible and action will also be taken..it is not a choice.. Yes if he completes the job he can leave whenever he wants
RRB mein ghar kitne bje tak pahunch jate ho? I have applied for scale 3 this year. Will it be a good idea as I am looking to have an extra hour to two in the evening that I can spend with my family?
Usually i leave at around 5:30.. but I can leave at 5 also..
4-5 times in a year including annual closing u will get late.. still not as late as a usual day at sbi..
Go for it if you want personal time for yourself
SCL 3 Officers in RRB are posted in Regional Office or Large branch so you can't leave before 8-9pm

After watching workload of our BM i am sure i will never ever try to take exam for training officer 😂😂😂
Even as a clerk i am getting tired by daily work😂
Our manager is working almost non stop.even his lunch time is mostly 15 to 20 minutes
SBI pays good but their workload is far more than that.
Exactly.. still people mock SBI for lunch. So many times we used to skip lunch or eat quickly if we were extremely busy..
SBI aur pressure ?? Kya baat karte ho Pandey ji ... jiska customer base itna bada ho uss bank me kya hi pressure ..... pressure uss bank ka poocho jisko sale target nahi poora hota aur day end nahi karne diya jata

Please don't join any bank to prepare for any other exams. Toxic work culture. Toxic people. Worst job. I am saying it from personal experience. I am ex adani power... ex reliance power. Joined SBI CLERK to prepare for UPSC. BTW I Resigned as Dy. Manager from last job before SBI. WORST JOB AND WORST CULTURE. WHAT IS CHERRY ON CAKE ... SBI MANAGEMENT IS PROUD OF ALL THIS. Your work has no value. All transfers and promotions are decided by how good you are eating shit by asslicking of your seniors. No morals no ethics. Sell insurance sell mutual funds.... sell any bloody shit the RBO says.... and you are the one....
Please look somewhere else for career. The education system and job scenario in this country is such that those who don't have job can go to any extent to have one. Those who have are committing suicides. Quit jobs don't quit life.1

If you want to progress quickly in banking hierarchy, then go for it.. but don’t be afraid of taking promotions after that..
Otherwise SBI clerk is not very wise jump from RRB Clerk..

Sir, I am working as RRB clerk in Haryana and got posting of my choice. I am also selected for SBI JA. Should I switch to SBI JA??? I am an ex-serviceman.
Payment difference is not a issue as I will get pay protection in both banks.
Be in rrb . No work pressure. Sbi is hell of all banks. Sbi daily 7pm pack up. Rrb 5 pm
I am aware about pay protection as my brother is also an Ex-Serviceman.
Sir there is no good reason to switch to SBI.. You will be happier if you don’t join SBI as u r already working in RRB with good posting..

Can u pls tell difference between perks like petrol hra,and lfc compare between rrb and sbi
The main difference between SBI and Other banks lies in these perks.
SBI gives you good amount for petrol reimbursement every month.. while RRB dont give that much..
AROUND 50-55 litres in SBI AND 20 litrs in RRB
HRA is similar but Leased accomodation given by SBI is unmatched..
Another thing currently im working in pnb i have hosuing loan if iwill shift to rrb loan will continue in pnb or it overtake by rrb
Yes your loan will be taken over by your bank but it will not be counted as staff loan in your RRB until you fulfill the eligibility criteria.
Bhaiya can you tell me that sbi clerks have same working pressure or not? And what is the normal working hours for clerks?
Yes SBI clerks are almost Officers now..
they sit till 7 o’clock and have immense pressure of sales..
In coming 2-3 years , Clerks will be working in sales teams and have to be in field for marketing..
Kerala Circle has already started it 2 years ago..
Aap pe customer pressure rahega rural branches mein aur sales pressure rahega urban mein.

I didn't left it for psb, I was already working in psb and have a kid 8 months old , at d tym of joining he was 6 months old and no one in my family was ready to move to Delhi and tk care of baby in my absence.... My kid comes first so I had to leave it. But I regret it every day, I know it was my decision to hv a kid, but before appearing for ssc exams everybody was with me and afterwards no body was ready to help. 🤣
That is sad.. life mein baar baar aise mauke nahi aate..
But kya kr skte hain.. few things are out of control..
I will just advice you to keep giving other exams in case you have age in your hand..

Agar career progression and financial strength chahiye then go for SBI CBO (home state)
And if you want lesser pressure and limited transfers then go for RRB PO
