Tip (also because it's Breast Cancer Awareness Month) :
Since many deodorants contain harmful substances (aluminium, phthalates, parabens, etc) that can lead to high concentration of toxins close to breasts, you can always use apple cider vinegar as a deodorant. It kills the bacteria that causes odor. Apple cider vinegar is strong and can be drying, so it should be diluted. You can either spray it on your armpits or apply it with a cotton pad. It'll smell vinegary for a few minutes, until it evaporates. It works well and is safer than deodorants.

This was a very informative video. Explained things very well!
My gynecologist said to not use those daily pads and do not use intimate soap or whatever is the name. The first because you want your parts to breathe, same reason why "go commando", and second because it distresses the good bacteria inside there, instead it is better to use glicerine soaps. Eating yougurt helps a lot too, because of fermented stuff, and it is a plus for intestines too. Ah and use cotton panties, because breathing..

Dermatologist recomend the fractionated coconut oil is better to use than the normal one because just the organic coconut oil is comedogenic (pore clogging). Fractionated coconut oil is non comedogenic (non pore clogging). Jojoba oil is better for all skin types with some tee tree oil is great for any kind of sores, burns, bumps, antibacterial, antifungal ect. You don't have to take my word for it, do your research. Most of my family including my self are in the medical field (to be honest we aren't fans of chemicals in medicine let alone the hospitals even though we are in the medical field) we're definitely into organic medicine more.
