I discuss the story and symbolism in AHS Delicate which was focussed on Emma Roberts character Anna as she was looking to have a baby but was met with darkness. Did you read the book it's based on?
The couple has a dog, but the dog doesn't alert Anna when there is an intruder. I found this interesting. Does the dog know the intruder? Was there even another person in the apartment? Where was the husband at the time of the break-in?

I think the husband was the kid that was born in apocalypse finale. And trying to procreate. Coven is trying to make sure that does not happen. Bc it will make things even more evil.
This season is based on a novel called Delicate Condition. I actually read it to prepare for the season. It's quite a good book and the ending twists go in directions that feel familiar at first but are also new and done in unexpected ways. It'll be interesting to see everyone's theories, knowing how it ends.
Yeah I was so tempted to give it a read - especially considering it's not the longest of reads either. But i'm going for the element of surprise in the show!

The book starts out like a fun mystery but its such a woke mess in the end. The authors need to check off all social justice boxes is quite palpable. As well as claiming her throne of social just warrior and white savior. So much potential but so obnoxious in the end.

A theory that I have to that scene where we see a bird's nest is that it looks like a robin egg.
Robins are sometimes a symbol for rebirth- which could be a sign that someone (maybe Anna from the future?) doesn't want her pregnancy to happen on a chance of Adeline being reborn?
On the other hand, it could also be symbolic of Brood Parasitism. Which is where a female bird lays her own egg on a different bird's nest- wherein the parasitic bird will usually either kick the actual chicks out of the nest, or will grow faster than the other chicks in order for it to gain an advantage on the feeding cycle. The fact that we see a dead chick could mean that someone swapped her own egg with another.
Regardless, im very excited for this new season

Kim was literally the life of that episode, loved the whole episode but Kim made it more lively and knowing ahs someone with too much life ends up being the bad guy

I'm no fan of the real Kim Kardashian at all. But she did a good job convincing me that she is that character. She's not playing herself. I believed her as Siobahn. I'm surprised you didn't see it.
Kim practically plays herself. Writers needs to give her characters more substance other and superficial.

The fact that they included the Kardashian makes it so hard to watch. Real actors need to be hired to do the role/entire show justice. Same thing with harry styles in dont worry darling. Leave the acting to actors people. Seriously ruins it so much.

This is the AHS playbook. The first couple of episodes are always amazing and then it become awful. Immediately. I’ll keep watching, but I already know by episode 3 or 4, it’s gonna slow fall into hell. Ryan Murphy ain’t gonna keep playin me. Kim does seem like a NPC 😂😂😂

I have a great idea for the next season. This season would be named American Horror Story: Tower of Terror. The same as 1997 American supernatural horror television film written and directed by D. J. MacHale. But more mature and add more than one story.

I enjoyed the first episode but no OMG factor. The reason it is split into 2 parts is because of the writers' strike. Looking forward to next episode.
Most first episodes of AHS never had an OMG factor, so idk why everyone keeps saying that…

I guess I’m the only one who was disappointed about the ASH premiere episode. Nothing about the story drew me in and the characters seemed shallow... I know how ASH usually starts off with a few really good episodes then likes to go off the rails I hope the next episode is better but I’m not holding my breath...

I didn't hated Kim but neither i liked it. Saddly she's playing herself ot at least, of something related to what she does. I think that it would've been surprising if she did something outside of her field
