Genuinely one of the most fascinating, exciting and breath-taking projects I've ever seen. Just incredible work. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you! 😊
The real king of DIY‼️‼️‼️
🙂🙂
WOW...I think you just made 40,600 people jealous!!! LoL Great build out/series. It will take a lot to top this one! Hmmmmmmmmmm....
MERRY CHRISTMAS to you and your family and all that are viewing this channel/video.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Joe! 🙂🙂
AND A NEW 👑 OF DIY 💪💪💪
🙂🙂
Smart. Very cost effective! Great build !
😊
The final result has blown away all of my expectations! Absolutely spectacular. Seeing the wetlands filter overflow for the first time was so satisfying
It really was 😁 Just such a long time coming...felt great to see it finally turned on!
God that’s a huge tank
Hehe wall-to-wall 🙂🙂
There is not a single day I don't think about this crazy aquarium build, it's been so exciting waiting and wondering about what comes next. I think the plants seem to make this whole thing a reality.
I don't often have a problem with envy, but your builds make it hard not to be envious. This is the best aquarium content on youtube. Thank you very much for sharing and I wish you and yours a very marry christmas.
Thanks Charles...very kind! Lot's of progress on the build this week, planning for another update on Sunday! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! 😁
The pond came out..... Badass ...... Salute
🙂
AWESOMENESS !!! Question: Whats the plants' substrate? Leca?
Plants are peace lilies, monstera and Philodendron, substrate is river rock 3/4" and play sand.
That is a crazy huge tank
I might have gone a tad overboard on this one 😊😊
Just a thought, you may want to put a mesh screen across the overflow at the filter. Wouldn't want any critters jumping into the filter area. Some of the fish are gonna love pushing against that current. Especially Arrowana👍👏 Incredible job!
Good point...I can think of quite a few fish that wouldn't surprise me if I found them in there lol 🙂🙂
🤔 If you want to put some plants in the tank the Jungle Val , water weed and lilies pad would do well in this tank. All are North American plants but they are hardy plants and need little to survive.
The tank looks good. You done a great job with it 👍🏽
No immediate plans for plants in the tank, but if I did add them, it would most likely be Jungle Val 🙂
Amazing doesn't even describe this. What a dream tank! I feel like it's a matter of time before you find a way to make a tank that peaks in the 5 digits (10,000+). :) The fish are going to be in heaven inside this masterpeice.
Hey Austin! I don't know about a 10k tank, this one kicked my butt pretty good lol 😄
Nuts! Thank you for sharing.
🙂🙂
Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge and experience with us. It will be a great gift for the entire aquarium community to know the details from start to finish of the construction of an aquarium of such large dimensions since it is most likely that Nobody has given you that information for free.
Thanks! I am putting together a video that covers building the 4500 from start to finish, but it is going to be a really long video and I am not sure when it will be ready. 😊
Don't worry about the length of your video, for many people like me, your experience and the information you are going to share ARE SO VALUABLE that I am sure,
we would be willing to sit in front of the computer to watch your video even if it were 3 Hours (or more) of duration.
I’m excited for you and myself as I’m going to live the process alongside you Without having to pay the Electric bill ☺️
Awesome water beasties are awaiting 👍
I find it is best not to think about the electric bill lol 😊
What a beast of a tank that is. Wow😮😮
Turned out to be more than a weekend project lol 🙂🙂
Just slightly 😂😂
No need to go to the gym when you are lifting and carrying boulders! It looks amazing. Red pike cichlids would be my favorite fish to keep in there. I just found another beautiful species found in the Xingu though - Crenicichla rosemariae - only $750 from Monster Aquarium.😉 Can't wait to see it with fish - they will love it. Merry Christmas 😊
You are not kidding lol🙂 Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! 🙂🙂
"Done building this, better build another tank" You absolute madman! Looking so good and can't wait to see this as everything settles and grows in. Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Bentley! Now that I have this test tank out of the way it is time to build the 20k gallon!!! (kidding....definitely kidding...) lol 🙂🙂
You are crazy - I love it!!!!!
Lol 😁
Daaaaaaaammmmmmmmnnnnnn is this sweet, nice work.
Lol 😊 Thanks!
Many people get excited about christmas and new year. I was excited about seeing this video but because of holiday travels I am a little late to the party. What an amazing project this has been. So incredibly awesome to see it grow from an idea to completion. I see people on facebook groups constantly bring up your channel so people appreciate it far and wide across the planet earth. So inspiring.
Wow that is interesting, I don't use Facebook so I had no idea. Being able to share my passion for the hobby and communicate with other aquarium hobbyists on CZcams has definitely been an awesome experience. 😊
You're crazy man... job well done!
Hehe thanks! 😄😄
@AquariumDomain. I would love to see it Salt Water personally but... yeah that's asking for too much! Lol
A bunch of archer fish would look amazing
🙂
This thing is awesome man
Thank you! 😊
Cork panels along the back wall would look nice.
The plan is the back wall will be completely hidden once the river bank plants grown and fill out 🙂
Amazing job dude! Fantastic!
Thanks Steve! 😊
This was a awesome video man, thank you.
Thanks! (and good choice in operating systems) 😄
Happy Holidays and Thank you so much for your hard work be safe stay well your pal Sal NYC 🗽🤘😎
Happy Holiday and Happy New Year Sal! 😁😁
I’ve been watching the 4500g build from start till now. Amazing progress. A long, and challenging road but you have turned this tank in to a work of art. Looking forward to seeing the live stock go in. 👏
Thanks Rogue! Next video is going to answer a lot of the stocking questions 🙂🙂
Good to see it filled and the pumps running. You have a good amount of flow over the weir. Can't wait to see it cleared up and the first fish in there. Merry Christmas, thanks for the videos.
Thanks and Merry Christmas / Happy New Year! 🙂
I was so stoked when you flipped the switch!
It was a really cool moment for me after so much effort went into building this beast to finally see it come to life 😊😊
I have a 300 gallon acro reef tank above 3 years old ,acros fully growing out .my tank is nonstop work. I couldn't imagine taking care of all of your massive amazing tanks..
There is a reason you don't see co2, fast growing plants, certain types or corals, etc. 😁 Also big tanks with sump or wetland filters are more work up front but easier to maintain.
@Aquarium Domain Jeremy I'm going to start calling you MOM
(Man on a Mission) Good job buddy. Merry Christmas to you & your family.
Hehe 😄 Merry Christmas to you and yours as well!
Absolutely awesome!! That aquarium is unbelievable! It’s been very exciting to share this journey with you through your videos.. I can’t wait to see the progression! Thank you for sharing!
Thanks for coming along for the journey! Still lot's to do...added plants to the wetland filer today, added more water flow and setup the new grow out tub for some future monster fish for the 4500! 🙂🙂
I haven't even watched the video yet and I love it! I've been dying to see the finished result.
Hehe 🙂 Water is getting much clearer now, more plants and new fish in the grow out system...woot! 🙂🙂
Perfect tank for a single betta. Roomy.
🙂🙂
Incredible !!!
Thanks! 🙂
Very impressive. I cant wait to see the fish in their new home.
The latest video shows them going into their new 4500 gallon home for the first time! 😀😀
I'm so invested in this build, this vid counts as a Christmas present for me
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! 🙂🙂
Merry Christmas, looks amazing.. nice job.. don't forget to feed all the bacteria..
Thank you! Merry Christmas!
Looks like you lost some weight! Great aqua scape!
I think Christmas meals have put the lost weight back on 😁 hopefully though I can knock off 10-15 lbs or so 😁
This guy has a black belt in Waffling 😂 Turned 15 min video into 35 min🙊I'm just jealous
😄
Absolutely amazing! Very nice, was waiting for this bad boy to get filled up and ready 😁 Awesome work on the setup, the aquascape looks great
Thanks! Adding a few more plants and powerheads and starting the cycle....shouldn't be too long before I can start moving the big boys over! 🙂
Fantastic!
Thank you! Cheers! 🙂🙂
This is awesome and you just gave me an idea to do something similar but maybe only 8-10ft long.
Awesome! 8-10 foot long tank is still a huge tank 😊
Thanks for living out the dream for all of us.
🙂🙂
Just imagine Mini Amazon river with thousands of tetras, wild discus and Altums
That would be amazing looking...one of the 1500 gallon builds in the annex will look like that 🙂🙂
wow this is awesome
Thanks! 🙂
I wish i was you !
How do you not have a million subs ?
😊 maybe one day
what an absolute dream 😍 Well deserved, enjoy man!
I can’t tell you how much I love this serie. Make bigger and bigger tanks 😍
🙂🙂
Awesome 👏
Thanks 🤗
Inspirational!
🙂
This fish keeper is faster than Brian Barczyk and does presents for Christmas - the opening Aquarium and I hope for New Year with Fishes. Great present for me watching this big aquarium done and watching hard work done by one craftsman, one man after this long working time.
Hopefully at least some of the fish will be in their new home before the end of the year! 🙂🙂
What an amazing build! This has been so good to follow and watch.
You have made me want to get into some tank building!
This tank came together so nicely. Loving the build, Jeremy!!
Thanks Todd! Wetland filter has been kicking butt...the next video will show a lot of progress! 🙂
Nice. Remember…filter floss is every aquarist’s friend.
Remembered! 🙂
This has been so fun to watch this journey. Can’t wait to see it in next video.
Thanks! 🙂🙂
4500 gallon cherry shrimp tank - that would be quite the sight!
See how long it takes a pair of cherry shrimp to breed enough to fill up a 4500 gallon lol 😄
This is an amazing tank. I have been following your plywood builds for a while now. Truly incredible.
Thank you! 🙂🙂
You might call it a aquarium but I believe it's more of a pond.....
Definitely more like an aquarium
Looks like an aquarium to me too! 🙂🙂
Absolutely incredible 😅! It looks amazing and I am happy you chose to not use any dividers. Love the way you blended all the rocks together to make it all flow smoothly like a natural river. Love the sand and I am sure stingrays will be hanging around that area. Can’t wait to see this beast crystal clear with beautiful big monster cichlids living their best lives 🎉! Great job 👏
Thanks! I can't wait until the water is crystal clear...gets closer and closer each day 🙂🙂
This project came along really quickly. I've been following it sporadically, haven't watched every video, but a really cool build
Thanks! I don't know...from my end feels like it took forever to complete lol 😄😄
Congrats!! You've invested so much hard work, vision, and knowledge in this project. Cannot wait to see the fish added and all those plants growing out and into the tank. It looks amazing and is only going to get better!
Thanks! I can't wait as well! 🙂🙂
It looks great. It is always a pleasure to see the evolution of each of your projects!
Thank you! Cheers! 🙂
Incredible! Nice work!
Thank you! Cheers! 🙂
Lovely
😄
Congratulations, awsome work!
Man, please make a video cleaning up some wetland filter (in any aquarium that uses it), seems to work, but how to clean it up? I've never seem no one else talk about this kind of filtration...
Again, congratulations!
Thanks! I will definitely cover maintaining the wetland filters when the time comes....fortunately they can go a while between cleanings 🙂
Great video. Can't wait to see the fish go in.
Thanks! 🙂
Amazing. Well done!
Thank you! Cheers! 🙂🙂
Looks amazing, congratulations 👏
Thank you!! 😊
I’ve been following you for a long time now. Incredible creation. I absolutely will be reaching out to you when I’m ready to do the same thing at my house. Oh, and it’s coming soon.
Thanks! Absolutely...reach out! 🙂
Amazing result,,look forward to its evolution over the coming year
Thanks! Already so much progress in dialing in the tank and getting the ecosystem flourishing...lots of updates in the next vid 😊😊
The size of that aquarium is awesome. Waiting for future videos and see it with fish.
Coming soon! 🙂🙂
Congratulations... very cool to watch your build process. I cant wait for the water to clear and fish !!
Thanks! There is some footage in the latest video with crystal clear water in the 4500 gallon, the wetland filter has been doing great! 🙂
Amazing
Thanks 🙂
Straight 🔥🔥🔥 this is amazing love the content keep up the good work can't wait for the new builds!!
Thanks! Lot's coming in 2024! 😊😊
Best Christmas video present ever. Well done fella so pleased for you and its worked out so good. Hope you and family have great Christmas. Love from 🇬🇧
Merry Christmas! 😊😊
I love it can’t wait for the saltwater updates! Everyone loves your tanks maybe think about some continuous running live feeds.
Thanks! I would need a serious wide angle lens to get the whole tank in the live feed lol 🙂🙂
Great job! With faith the size of a mustard seed, you can move a mountain!
So true! 🙂
The end result looks sensational - well done! Can’t wait to see the big boys moved across.
Happy holidays.
Happy Holidays! Me too...can't wait to get the big boys in there and get the ecosystem balanced out 🙂🙂
Merry Christmas, AD. This is an amazing Christmas present. A lot of hard work went into it but it was definitely worth it!
Merry Christmas Phil! It's a good thing I didn't think too hard about what a beast of a project this was....I might not have started it lol 😄
We need a 24/7 live cam once the fish go in
🙂
Wow that is awesome looking forward to seeing all the fish thats going in this bad boy.
You and me both! 🙂🙂
Tank getting ready for fish!
That's a great christmas present!
Definitely! 🙂🙂
Wow what an achievement, well done fella , you should be so proud , I’ve followed this build & you are inspirational , hope you all had a wonderful Christmas & some time off to relax, eat & drink with loved ones 🎅🏻🎉🥳🙏🏼 see you on the next one .
Thank you! and hope you had a great Christmas! Took the last 2 days of from any fish basement work and enjoyed some food and drink with family and friends...was great! Now I am all charged back up and back into the fish basement! 😄😄
Awesome job brother Merry Christmas to you and your family
Thanks, Merry Christmas / Happy New Year to you too! 🙂🙂
Congratulations on finishing the mega tank before Christmas 👍🏽 Merry Christmas🎄
Thanks! Merry Christmas & Happy New Year! 🙂
Man, what a journey. For the volume of sand, rock, and wood in that monster, the clarity at this point is fantastic! It just gets better from here. Looking forward to plants, fully clear, fish. Especially like to see you feed that tank. Standing by 😀😀
Thanks! It can be frustrating when nature and my wetland filter don't keep up with my filming schedule lol 😀 but yeah it will get there soon enough 😀
@@AquariumDomain. I think it's keeping up just fine for literally just flipping on the power. I use undergravel filters in all my tanks so I have complete faith your monster filter will turn that water to crystal in no time. I'd suggest a box filter with floss to help but guessing you'd need a thousand of them hahaha. Seriously excited for you!
Great work, it was great watching the build from start to finish. I wish i was your neighbor
I wish I had a neighbor who was into fish keeping! 😊😊
wow, just wow
merry chritmas, what a present
🎄
Thanks! Merry Christmas & Happy New Year! 😊😊
Holy Moly that beast came out phenomenal! Great job brother! I’m so happy for you and your fish! They are going to love it! Also, I must say how small you look with that beast as your backdrop! Congestion reaching 40K well deserved! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you and your family! Stay blessed! Can’t wait to see the transition of the 3,000! 🤯
Thanks Cleveland and Merry Christmas! At times I almost thought I bit off more than I could handle with this build 😄 ....and yeah a 33 ft long aquarium has a way of making anyone look small lol 😄😄
LOL I can definitely understand that thought process but you're really inspiring so many people with these builds and like I said, you're the only one that is building these tanks on a professional level! I never doubt your quality of work! When I make the time, I have to go back and redo the framework of my 1800. Thanks to you. lol It's a good thing though, I know for certain I can use more nails! And screws! I appreciate the work and time you put in to these builds and videos! I've been watching you for a while now and living vicariously through you in some respects, as most of us are. Keep up the fantastic work and take a break whenever your body say you need it. I know even a one wrecking crew can use a break sometimes! Happy Holidays and have a happy new year!
And yes, a 33ft long tank will make an arapaima look small! lol@@AquariumDomain.
Amazing! I'd love to see a huge group of small, tight schooling fish in with the monsters. With all that cover most of them will get away
Kinda like the OFR monster pond with all the little, colorful cichlids.
I think over time they will pick em all off lol 🙂 But there are schooling fish going in there....you will see them in tomorrows video! 🙂🙂
But they don't keep Peacock Bass in that pool pond 🙂🙂
From to indonesia like 😊😊😊
Indonesia sweet! 😁😁
If I did not move to Hawaii...That 4500 would have to be my year-round indoor fish Swim pond, at 80-82 degrees. 😁❤
Congrats on the huge build!! Looking forward to some interactions and feedings of your monster fish!! Wowww!!!! 🎈🎈
Thanks 😊😊
21:36 those switches/plugs need to be protected from splashes somehow since they are so close to the top of the tank.
Tank will be covered, but it is not a bad idea to put some additional covers over the power strips 🙂
Great job! You could always clear it up nicely with a quick 100%water change 🤣 cant wait to see it with fish in there!
And when you say quick...you mean 16 hours lol 😊😊
Absolute fantastic build man congrats.
Have you thought about turning down your camera iso a bit. With the lights the tank looks washed out on camera a lot of the time.
Yeah the over exposure was an accident...knob got turned inadvertently...but didn't realize it until after I had already moved on with the build and couldn't re-shoot 🙂🙂
@@AquariumDomain. it’s all good I’m really hanging out to see more
