So are we going to see all the endless races in this game from both legend and space? Including minor and major?
The game probably takes place after the Auriga became a lifeless chunk of ice, so probably just the ES2 races. However, Amplitude’s games never had a clear timeline and they basically can add any crazy stuff they want. But they surely won’t add EVERY race from ES2 because it’s too much work. We know of four heroes that will be available from the start of the game and they’ll probably add many more after the game launches. I think they’ll be making new characters based on some wacky character concepts (like a sophon berserker or a hissho who is afraid of blood and only uses ranged weapons) rather than a need to include more playable races.

Not to be a dick or anything but i kinda wished Cravers to be brutally menacing, un intelligable war machine beasts. But i guess the dust enhanced can have quirky personalities and seems like this is more light hearted version of endless. Thats ok, i kinda wish you guys would make an endless space rpg ala mass effect style with brooding galactik menaces or loot arpg diablo like some day. Those would be HUGE projects though. Hoping this will be good👍
There are multiple types of Cravers, even without any Dust enhancement. There's the queens, but also the significantly more mentally-independent Bishops as well. Blaze could be either a Dust-enhanced Craver drone or an de-collectivized Bishop, either or.
@@tylerphuoc2653 i like that endless space lore is so broad. A huge amalgamation of all cool scifi tropes. Jeff Spock and amplitude folks did a good job on writing.

I gotta say I'm surprised we still don't have a release date, considering it was revealed back in 2019/2020.
Thankfully Amplitude studios actually care about their games and their reputation so they don't just rush games out the door. They're very much a "it's ready when it's ready" kind of studio. They just had their closed beta like a month or two ago so hopefully it's not long before they do an open beta or give us a date.
@@bestieswithtesties Yea that's fine and good, but regardless of the fact we get closed betas (which I was apart of) games shouldn't be announced 3 years before they come out lool.
Also Humankind/Endless Space 2 could be argued rushed out, due to lack of content and expected features at launch. They are not without fault.
@@NovaBushido They have a release date, it seems like they learned a lot from the betas and decided to rebalance the game and thus delayed it so the game simply feels better to play. Pointing to past mistakes and then faulting a company for correcting them doesn't make you logical or poignant, but ignorant. Imagine you moving slower when you made a mistake for going too fast before, and you point out how rude that is because you're avoiding a mistake.. you're that person pointing that out. Have a good day, be less shitty.
I remember the last video i saw of Endless Dungeon someone asked about the release date and the response was "We'll announce it soon" so when is that time?
